If I could I would put zero stars for this Dentist office. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. I went there to get an extraction. The tooth was infected. and my face was completely swollen on the left side. The dentist only looked in my mouth for a total of 30 seconds to a minute. And then my visit was done. The receptionist came in to show me out. I had to ask her if the dentist was going to prescribe antibiotics to take the infection down. And she has to go talk to her. And said they would send a prescription to my pharmacy. But they never did. And I called them 3 times and each time they said they would make sure it would be sent in 20 minutes. Here I am still in pain two and a half weeks later. This is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I do not recommend this dental office to anyone.

They were very nice and professional on 11/13/24. Fixed my cavity quickly and it looks great. They gave me a starbucks gift card if I would write a review. The gift card had a big zero balance on it. I have been coming here for the last 2 years. Sometimes they barely do anything for the cleaning and are not in a very good mood but they are located close to where I live and accept my insurance. One time I had to wait for hours and was frustrated. However on 11/13/24 I was happy with the service and I think they are trying

I recently had the pleasure of visiting WeCare Dentist in Oceanside, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.

Sketchy dental practice looking to charge you out of pocket. Front desk ladies are super sweet and great customer experience; however, the actual dentist seems fishy to me. One of the ladies took me aside and told me that they just want your money (keep reading) My first appointment they required me to get a $500 dental scan which i called around to other offices and their new machines scan for $120-$200. How is their price more than double? I got 2 wisdom teeth out and they just did local anesthetic which my insurance covered. My second appointment they said that i had to take an oral sedative ($500) to take out 1 tooth. I inquired why I had to take that when I had 2 teeth pulled last time and there was no issue. They said their policy has never changed and that they always require it… She straight up lied to my face because I did not take a pill last time. It’s messed up that a business that claims that they care lie and want your money and one of the only dental offices that accept medi-cal. One of the assistants pulled me aside and told me that “They want your money” and rubbed her fingers together 🫢 insane. The positive thing is: i got my wisdom teeth out and did not have any issues with the healing process, so at the very least i got what i needed done.
