I am not fan of the dentist and have been to a lot of dentist throughout the years but from the moment I walked in for my first appointment I was impressed. Each staff member was friendly and didn’t make me feel like a burden. The hygienist took the time to talk to me about proper dental care and answered all my questions. The Doctor did the same. When I returned to get some work done the Doctor made sure I was properly numbed up and took her time making sure the job was done right. When she showed me what she had done I was beyond pleased. I had these teeth done before and I was not to happy with the outcome. I kept telling myself know tooth looks the same once it is filled but she proved me wrong. The new filling looks exactly like my tooth color and u can’t even see the filling like I did before. For the first time I feel comfortable going to the dentist and I am looking forward to getting the remainder of the work done. The staff has really made the difference for me.

I did not have a good experience overall here. I felt that some of the staff did not listen or read my dental background. My hygienist very nice and listened, Laura very nice, Dr very nice and listened but unfortunately I will not be back as I mentioned to their assistant several times about my dental experience and there are certain things that have to be done differently and I felt like they didn't listen or care. I am still in pain from it. I was referred here by my dad and spoke to him about my experience and advised I just can't go back there but did point out it was definitely not the whole office but care just doesn't start with the doc or hygienist so if one encounter fails the whole office fails.

Friendly staff, inviting reception area and knowledgeable and attentive staff. Tiki, my dental hygienist, gave me a thorough examination before commencing my cleaning.. She pointed out areas of concern, answered any questions I had and gave me recommendations on how to proceed. The dentist came in for a follow up exam and offered additional information on how we should proceed. I would recommend this dental practice.

The staff is great with kids! The hygienist and dentist engaged with my 6yo in a way that made him comfortable and helped him understand the importance of thorough teeth-brushing. He was very proud of himself for having no cavities and sitting still (mostly) during his cleaning. Thank you, Hi-Tech!
