The staff was very friendly. Customer service is a disappearing service in our culture today, but they offered good old uplifting customer service with their smiles, and acknowledgement of your presence and appreciation for your business. Little things like -someone will be with you shortly, no problem we’ll check that for you, have a nice day etc. I appreciate the special attention Dr. Werdlow gave me, making me feel I’m important to her. I’m glad I became one of their clients.

If you're looking for phenomenal dental care coupled with a professional and personable environment this is it! From the beginning of my visit staff was polite and welcoming. Dr. Ridgell provided thorough care. He listened to my dental issues and was able to address all of my concerns. I came in dealing with discomfort and left pain free and with treatment plan options . Thank you Dr.Ridgell and staff. I look forward to my follow up visits!

I had an excellent experience at City Centre. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. My hygienist (I believe her name as Shante) was thorough and took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. What stood out the most was how attentive and communicative both the Shante and Dr.Ridgell were. They took the time to answer all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and explained my treatment options in detail. I really appreciated how they made me feel informed and at ease. Highly recommend this dentist office for anyone looking for a caring, professional dental team!
