I have been a patient of Dr. Fronjian for more than 15 years. He is very knowledgeable and conservative in his treatment. He is the kind of Dentist that will not pick pocket you for over diagnosis for costly procedures that you might not needed. I recently tried out another office closer to my house for convivence. The new dentist told me that I needed deep cleaning that I still have to pay thousands of dollars instead of just a regular cleaning. I came back to talk to him. He could do regular cleaning for me instead of deep cleaning since I have no tartar or bleeding gum. I have moderate bone loss. I am also a dental assistant for 30 years. Always get second opinions if you do not feel right about any diagnosis. I can talk to him like talking to a Dental Teacher.

I arrived 3 minutes before my appointment time and I was in the chair with the doctor at exactly my appointment time! There was no waiting or lots of paperwork to finish as the paperwork is mailed :)I also really appreciated that he pointed out things I may need in a few years so I could perhaps plan for it.Overall, the doctor's chair-side manners were excellent and so was the staff.I will definitely be coming back again.PS: He is running a teeth whitening promotional if you are a new patient (I got that too!) so ask him about it

My whole family has been going to Dr. Fronjian for many many years. I can not think of a better Dr/ patient experience. I never feel rushed, I am always heard. He has always emphasized quality of care over volume of patients. Dr Fronjian is acceptable via email for any care related questions. When my child's teeth were changing to permanent, one of his teeth started to come out before baby tooth fell off. kind of weirded us out being first time parents ... We emailed a picture to Dr Fronjian, and he responded first thing in the morning. We used to live in the area of the office. and just before 2019, we moved to north east area of Escondido. But we continue to drive to his office when needed and have no intention of changing.

I used to hate going to the dentist, NOT ANYMORE. I had lots of cavities and my gums were in bad shape my whole life. I had bad experiences with dentist starting from the age of 3. My previous dentist that would chastise me for upkeep even though I felt I was doing what they asked. I went 3 years without seeing a dentist because I had fear of being in the chair, but I had a bad tooth ache and my wife recommended Dr. Fronjian.First Dr. Fronjian was straight forward about the condition of my mouth. We came up with a plan including work to be done with the amount of visits it would take. He clearly communicated what teeth had to be filled and the tooth that required a root canal. He also clearly communicated why my gums were in bad shape and put me on a prescription mouthwash. Instead of chastising me, he discussed solutions and how some of my very old fillings were failing. Within 6 months all of my work was completed and my mouth was in great shape.However when I came back for my next check-up (3 months later) I had lots of plaque on my teeth. I told him I completed all of the upkeep, of which I did, however I still got plaque. We came up with some solutions with over the counter supplies I got at Costco. I bought an electric tooth brush for the first time and got the correct toothpaste and mouthwash. Dr. Fronjian not only told me what was needed, he even went into detail of how personal biology could affect the amount of plaque generated and how modern tools like an electric sonic toothbrush could help eliminate the plaque more completely compared to a manual brush. This was 12 YEARS AGO. I haven't had a cavity since.He's since not only become my family's dentist, but has corrected life long issue for both of my senior aged parents and my in-laws. I couldn't ask for a better dentist. THANK YOU DR. FRONJIAN.
