This place was fantastic for the first 5 years. Around 2023 they had a bunch of employee turnover and would change appointments without any notice and not respond to emails and phone messages. At my last appointment they told me that they would call me to schedule my deep cleaning maintenance and to bring some paperwork that my insurance was sending so they could help me fill it out for another procedure. The never ended up calling me and it slipped my mind for a while. I finally called and asked to schedule it myself. When I got to the appointment they did an exam and no cleaning, which was weird enough because I was there for a cleaning, but the quote that they were giving me for the procedure was different and they were telling me that my insurance didn't cover it. I kept asking questions about the difference but they wouldn't give me a direct answer, which was very frustrating. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone else and was given the runaround about that too. Eventually the office manager agreed to have a particular person I had worked with before call me to discuss.When I didn't hear from the other person I called the location they told me that person worked at and was given an email address to contact the business manager and the owner. I later got a message that there was a server error. I confirmed the address was correct on both their website and Facebook page. I forwarded the message to the email address for the other location over a week ago (it didn't bounce back this time) and still have not received a response.This place used to be great but they don't seem to care at all anymore.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Unprofessional, always a different dentist. Always a different problem. I would never recommend. Staff doesn't know what are doing. Improper producers. Be careful if you do go pleaseThis is a last resort dentistry.

Wow seriously love this place. I came to them a couple months ago as a new patient.. had a horrible experience with another dentist who removed all my teeth and tried to make me pay 6k along with my insurance, after being without teeth which was making me sick my insurance recommended Rancho and what Awesome work, but even better an awesome team that fight for their clients. Perfection with a smile!Friendly and fun, when I found them my life truly was in crisis, these ladies worked with me and through all my issues they delivered me a beautiful smile today. I really love my dental team!

My experience at Rancho Dental Care was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel it's important to share my story. From the very beginning, the professionalism of the staff left much to be desired. I went in for a root canal, and I was greeted with the Mario Bros theme song blaring from their machines—definitely not the atmosphere one expects in a dental office.To make matters worse, the crown they provided was enormous. The dentist kept commenting on how poorly it had been crafted and sent it back for a redo. I had to return for a second appointment to get it placed again, and shockingly, it was just as oversized. The doctors and nurses spent an excessive amount of time cramming it into my mouth and shaving it down, to the point where my second opinion dentist remarked on the shoddy work. I left the office with painful, bleeding gums, and soon after developed an infection.The two dentists I consulted afterward insisted that I see my endodontist, Dr. Andrew Hoang, DDS, for a closer look at the tooth he worked on. To my astonishment, he wanted to charge me a consultation fee for a routine follow-up. It’s clear that this practice prioritizes profit over patient care. Dr. Hoang seems more interested in lining his pockets than helping those in need, including paying clients who are suffering from the consequences of his work.Adding to my frustration, the practice manager has proven to be utterly useless. She couldn't solve any of the problems I encountered during this process.Dr. Andrew Hoang is, in my opinion, a scammer solely focused on money. I attempted to reach him multiple times through phone calls, text messages, and emails, and even left a voicemail, in hopes of coming up with some sort of solution. After two weeks of being ignored, I felt compelled to report this matter to the dental board of California, and I urge anyone who has had a problem with him or the practice to do the same.I have never encountered a doctor who outright refuses to return calls from a patient with urgent concerns regarding a procedure he performed. It feels like he is deliberately avoiding me. Since I can’t get him to respond, I’m sharing the email I sent him here. I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a dentist who truly cares about their patients!To whom it may concern,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received at Rancho Dental Care concerning my recent root canal treatment and the subsequent issues I have encountered.I have spent nearly $1,000 out of pocket for the root canal procedure, along with additional expenses for gas and babysitters to attend multiple follow-up appointments due to ongoing problems with the crown. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to resolve these issues, I have been required to return to your office several times without a satisfactory resolution.Furthermore, I lost my dental insurance coverage about a month ago, and I was surprised to be informed that I would be charged a consultation fee for addressing the complications related to a procedure that was performed recently. It is my belief that when a patient is not satisfied with a service, the responsibility for additional costs should not fall on them, especially in circumstances like these.Given the situation, I kindly request that the doctor who performed my root canal treatment see me without charge to evaluate and address the ongoing issues I am experiencing. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the circumstances and the amount I have invested in your services.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.No response was ever received.

Absolute worst experience ever. Called in on a Thursday in terrible pain explained I am a newPatient. They were able to “process” my information set me appointment for the following week, not ideal but understand. In the days leading up I received multiple texts and email to fill out all forms online and I did this. Show up for my appointment after check in told that now I need to contact my insurance and transfer my dental care to them so again, I do this. Now my insurance processes the claim and says it will go through in 2 weeks.Now the best part I am now informed I must wait until the insurance process goes through. I have no other option other than to pay in full. While they have been in communication with myself and my insurance would have been great to know this before walking into my appointment. Was told they see to many people and they did their best.Would not recommend for any new patients
