I was asked to come in early, which I did, I sat in the exam chair for hours Before being seen, that was my second visit my first visit. I waited in the waiting area for over an hour before I was seen Then, when I got to the back, I waited I was told I needed a deep tissue cleaning 2 fillings and a fitting for false , turned out I didn’t need to get a deep tissue cleaning so I only got a regulator 6 months cleaning, One thing I did like about the dentist ( once I got to see her) she did a very good job with my fillings and she didn’t recommend a dental implant she did recommend a partial for my missing teeth! Plus she cut my lip and it is very sore🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Nothing but problems withe my crown ..Falls off on a regular basis..have missed 32 hrs. Of work due to problems..now on a temporary glue up from fall off /break off problem.have I just wasted my time and money using bright nows dental work?? Certainly looking that way.

The receptionist was very professional and pleasant. I noticed the cleanliness of the facility. I didn't have to wait long before being called for my examination. My Dentist gave me excellent service. I had an overall good experience.mjd

I came in to a business office I seen one young man in the back with braids doing a lot of moving. When it was my turn the young male took care of me in a professional and fast manner. By the end of my appointment I found out his name is chris . great worker I will come back

If I could give 0 for the star rating I would. I called ahead of time and asked if they took my sons medical insurance and they told me yes they even made the appointment only for me to show up to the appointment which is 30 miles away from my house for them to look me in the face and tell me they don't accept his insurance. The one that told me that was rude about it and when I simply asked how it was not accepted when I called a month ahead and asked she said we don't take that type of insurance. I will not ever go back there because if she can be rude and ignorant about it then they don't deserve the business.
