They don’t answer the phone! Made me wait 45 minutes and didn’t answer! So I had to hang up! This happened to me twice on different days! And now they are charging me more for my dentures because I got upset with them because they never answer the dam phone!Also. My immediate dentures are terrible. Please avoid getting any dentures from them. There’s a place that manufactures them out of Detroit and they are just terrible. They don’t tell you you can’t eat with either. They don’t fit my bottom gums and never been able to wear them properly since I’ve gotten them! Had to pay over $1200 for these and they won’t give me my money back for any of it. I’ve gone back to them four times to have them reset and all that but they’re just too big into my mouth. They rub up against my tongue I can’t talk I put glue on them to hold them in place, but my tongue keeps hitting them. they pop off my gums. These people don’t care! They don’t treat you like a patient. They treat you like a customer and that’s it. So please stay away from this place!They have a police officer standing there at all times because they know they end up with Angry customers! I hope someone out there can help me get my money back!

They told me they were all booked with appointments yesterday and told me to call back today 8 AM sharp, they had me on hold the entire time. Not one answer. Not only that, but how is you being all booked with appointments yesterday, going to change by me calling today????? I told them I had a broken tooth and it’s causing me excruciating pain and asked for an emergency extraction and that’s the bs they had for me. No suggestions to go elsewhere, no attempt to find any openings etc.

This has to be the worst experience I have had in a medical office. Multiple things contributed to this experience. 1 - The parking lot is so small that I had to find street parking and that is never guaranteed in Ohio City. 2 - While checking in, I had to repeat simple information multiple times. 3 - After waiting 20 minutes, I was called up to the desk to answer some questions about insurance. I had provided my insurance information 6 months ago when I made the appointment (another reason I am not happy). I took a seat after my information was taken but was called up again 10 minutes later because the receptionist was having a hard time pulling it up in the system. I gave them the information again along with alternate things it may be under and nothing was coming up. They wanted me to call the policy holder and ask for her SSN while she was at work or pay over $300 out of pocket for a simple cleaning and hope to be reimbursed. I refused and told them to just cancel the appointment. I have never had a problem with my insurance and have never needed to provide the poly holder's SSN. I know that the receptionists were just doing their jobs but this was such a frustrating event for me. I even confirmed the details with my policy holder later on and the ones I gave were correct. Either my insurance is messed up or someone was not typing things in correctly. This was my first visit with this office and I seem to have dodged a bullet with how long everything was taking and how the office functions. I will be looking for a new dentist that can hopefully get me in quicker than 6 months out and can actually use the insurance information I provide. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. 40 minutes that I will never get back.

While I’m in the middle of talking to the receptionist. One of the hygienists walked up and started talking to the receptionist WHILE I was talking to her. He was a tall big backed white male. He was telling her to schedule the guy for an appointment. At the very least he could have said EXCUSE ME. Not to mention there were two other receptionists he could have asked. He definitely did it intentionally.

This practice is great .I accompanied my friend’s mother on her appointment with Dr.Mara who provided an excellent service. She was very patient, polite gentle and in a short time she resolved the problem. Also the front desk ladies were very welcoming and polite.We were also helped by Dr.Elida who was genuinely friendly and capable while professionally answering our questions.While there we also had the attention of the program director who showed to be very humble and caring while making sure everything was going well.I highly recommend this place based on my experience.
