I really recommend this dental office. I was a walk-in and having horrible pain from an abscessed tooth. I was seen in a timely manner and written up a prescription for antibiotics immediately. They also cleaned my teeth as my last cleaning was a year ago and scheduled me for a root canal to treat my infected tooth. Dentist has very gentle hands and a warm bedside manner.Update: I recently had a tooth extraction at this location and it went by swimmingly! He ensured I was very comfortable during the procedure and he was as gentle as he could be. I was in and out within minutes!

One of the kindest and best dentist office I've ever been to. They worked around my horrifically bad gag reflex and my fear of dentists. They made me feel calm and actually were able to save a tooth I thought was going to be unsalvageable. I left feeling hope for my dental journey. I recommend this dentist office with all my heart.

Ridiculously poor service. After a two hour wait after my allotted appointment time they took ONE of my three kids back. He had two cavities which they refused to fill because of the rush they were in claiming that they were baby teeth and didn’t matter… two weeks later my child was crying in tooth pain. Don’t even think about sitting down in their waiting room, there aren’t enough chairs. They are so over booked that you will be standing next to someone that smells like cat pee and weed for hours. Rude obnoxious unprofessional classless staff. I felt bad for the receptionist… she was the only decent human working there who seemed to know she was working for the worst group of people ever.

I’ve been going to Hyatt dental since they’ve opened. My mother goes there. My kids go there and I also go there this morning. I made a phone call to Hyatt dental and asked them if there was anyway I could come in this morning or the following day because I have an abscess underneath my tooth and I was in the emergency room all night. I’m in excruciating pain. They told me absolutely not and there was a mark that grabbed the phone from the receptionist and told me that if I have a problem with it then he can take it up with the doctor when she comes back next week. He was very rude and disrespectful and he told me that he was her partner and that they’re not taking any more walk-ins and what is the problem I told him That I always come in for walkins if it’s an emergency situation and I’ve never had this issue I will be finding another dentist but I want to tell you this was very unacceptable for customer service and Mark. I hope one day you need some help too if this abscess breaks and goes into my brain, I’m sueing

Horrible place to go to. Long wait times. Sat there for 2 hours before being called back then another 30 minutes in the room to not even be seen. Dentist are very unprofessional instead of doing x-rays or looking themselves they had my pulling my cheeks to the side. Do not go there
