My family and I switched to Your Neighborhood Dentist March 2025. When I called in Jan/Feb to inquire about services for children, the receptionist answered all of my questions. I scheduled my appointment first to "check them out" prior to my girls (11 and 7) having appointments. The facility was clean,, and my experience was great. I knew my girls would have an amazing experience and they did. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, and just NICE! My husband and I are new patients. From the time we walked in; the lobby was clean, and warm. The receptionist was professional welcoming, very friendly. We didn't have to wait long in the lobby we were called back and the assistant was gentle and considerate of my mouth. Our doctor walked in said hello and introduced herself. She as well was great.If you're looking for great customer service inside a friendly atmosphere Your Neighborhood Dentist is where you should be.

Today was my first time at this dentist and I’m so happy I made the change. Everyone was nice and helpful from the moment I walked in. Andrew my dental hygienist was very personable and made me feel great about issues I was having with my teeth. My teeth look amazing after my cleaning. Dr. Shan came in after and answered all my questions about future treatment plans for my teeth. Tiffany went over all payment details for future treatments. Thanks everyone for all the great services! Will recommend!

Every single employee from the receptionist, scheduling, hygienist, and Dr. We're amazing!!! Tiffany handle my claim very well! Andrew did amazing job with X-rays and socializing and if course Dr Shah is a great dentist and quite pleasant. Also, spoke to me with respect. The entire staff is wonderful and Andrew is the best Hygenist! Truly gentle, exceptional cleaning and very personable. So glad I decided to make an appointment with them, they really care about your dental health.
