I don't normally leave reviews but RR Smiles deserves it! I found them on IG and followed them for quite awhile as I have always wanted veneers. Unfortunately I have held off as I had not been to the dentist in years mainly due to the fear of my own doing, fear in our mind is worse than the actual thing. So after chipping a tooth I knew I had to do something before I lost a front tooth completely and had a big hole in the front of my mouth.So I reached out to schedule a consultation because I liked what appeared to be a friendly unjudging staff and flew from WI to Socal for my consult. From the moment I arrived each and every person was super chill, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Learned I could not get my dream of veneers due to clenching or grinding of my teeth which blew my mind as I really had no clue I had this issue. So my only options were crowns. Dr Reddy is very knowledgable and has a great way of explaining things to you!So after my consult and getting the estimate I had to take action asap due to the chipped tooth I had. Because I had not been to the dentist in ever I had to get a deep cleaning done also, a root canal on the chipped tooth, two small extractions for broken teeth in the back PLUS shaving down slightly of my teeth for the crowns. When I came back a few weeks later to say I was nervous of the unknown was an UNDERSTATEMENT. Turns out, it was all in my head, I didn't feel ONE PERCENT of pain, I was in the chair for 9 hours for all of this work to be done at once, keep in mind for just the top. Got my temps, went back home and made sure to be careful to not break them while my final crowns were being made in the lab.I could hardly wait to come back to get the finished crowns. I choose the whitest shade because hey, who doesnt want WHITE teeth and when you do a procedure like this get get the color you want whatever your dream is!!! Your paying for it! Anyways, it only took a few hours to have all 10 final uppers put in and they look amazing! They took a good month to get used to and talking normal without a lisp because your getting used to these new teeth in your mouth, I have had no sensitivity issues. I get so many compliments and everyone says while they are SUPER WHITE, that they do look very natural and I have to agree.I am totally satisfied and would tell you without a doubt if your thinking of having this procedure, absolutely I would recommend RR smiles, you wont be disappointed! I am going back in two months to get my bottoms done to match!

I contacted the office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. after discussing my insurance information I was led to believe this dentist was an in network provider. Went in for a regular cleaning. My experience in person was underwhelming. I waited over 2 hours to be seen. To my surprise, I received an EOB in the mail explaining this dentist was in fact, not in network. After calling the office Ruby at the front desk explained that chargers were written off. She said they are not in network with any insurance. They should be explicit that they are not paneled with any insurance company. Very misleading information and would not recommend to others.

This place has been a nightmare and frankly deserves a lawsuit for medical malpractice. They are the absolute worst. I had veneers done with them a little over a year after the fact that I had been in temps for nearly 3 months. Since I have had them put on I have had 2 separate ones pop off more then 5 different times. It’s a nightmare at one point I went to get it put back on and after getting in my car and driving away it popped right back off. They also billed my insurance for a crown I never received and when asked about it they said it was an accident. This place is an absolute nightmare and very very very disorganized. It’s a Monday morning my veneer popped off again over the weekend (after I just had it put back on last week) I’m sitting in the parking lot because website says they open at 9am and nobody is here and place is not open or answering phone. BE VERY LEERY of this place the whole experience with this place has been an absolute nightmare. You would probably get better treatment and care in Mexico.

Dr. Reddy is so amazing, he has transformed my smile and my confidence! He explains everything, so thoroughly and in a way that his patients will understand. I’ve gone from dentist to dentist throughout San Diego and they all seemed shady, and were definitely trying to get over on me. SD Medident has been a savior! I am a forever patient/ client!! Everyone is super friendly and informative, they all make sure that I’m comfortable every time that I go. I can’t say enough great things about this place!
