I don’t recommend coming to this dental clinic. I came for a cleaning and the doctor told me I had cavities that needed fillings (I was surprised as my previous dentist told me those were stains) and that my gums were a bit swollen and needed laser treatment for that. The receptionist then told me that laser treatment was $500 and I said that it was out of my budget, she tried to convinced me by saying that my gums will stay infected with the bacteria and that it will cause me damage. I said that I just wanted the regular cleaning and she said that they didn’t have more space for that day… I rescheduled for the cleaning and the fillings (which I thought were necessary), no laser treatment, and asked for the quote. They told me they’ll sent it to me. I had to call 2 times because they didn’t send the quote and when I got it, it had the laser treatment included (even tho I specified I didn’t want it). I felt uncomfortable with that and after reading yelp reviews (you should check them before coming to this place, as Google reviews are okay) I cancelled my appointment. I went to my regular dentist (she’s out of town but I wanted to make sure I was assessed by someone I trust) and she told me I didn’t have any cavities and those were indeed stains (second dentist who told me that). She also told me my gums were fine and if at some point they were swollen, it could be due to many things, not necessary bacteria growth. She even told me my teeth were so clean that I didn’t need a cleaning, but I still got it with her (btw the stains disappeared after the cleaning so that confirms they were not cavities). Long story short, I felt this clinic was trying to scam me by selling procedures I didn’t need.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Ketki Nichal for dental care in Carmel Plaza Dental, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and professionalism of both the doctor and the entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by Neda, who made me feel comfortable and at ease.Dr. Ketki Nichal took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answered all my questions, and ensured that I was fully informed about my options. The treatment itself was painless, and the results were outstanding.The team members Maryam and Neda are friendly, attentive, and highly skilled, making this visit a pleasant experience. The office is clean, and well-equipped, which made me feel confident that I was receiving top-notch care.I highly recommend Dr. Ketki Nichal and the whole team to anyone seeking excellent dental care. Thank you for making every visit a positive experience!

Great experience at this dental office. Staff was very nice and the dentist was really great! Honest/good dentists are hard to find. This is a good team!

The dentist is the only one getting a star from me. This place has the most disorganized office staff I've ever experienced. Sure, they're friendly which is nice to an extent. But that doesn't overlook how poor their scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping skills are. I filled out the new patient forms every visit thus far (3x) because they always lose the forms. They booked me twice for a cleaning while the dental hygienist was out. They asked me to reschedule the first time, then the dentist cleaned my teeth the second time. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they didn't request for me to go to my ortho to take the braces off, making my dental cleaning appts take literally a whole day. I'm not even going in to the dental assistants' attitudes during my visits... My experience was so bad, I decided to switch dentists. I've called and emailed to cancel my appointment, yet they still call/text to confirm my appointment. If you value organized staff who know what they're doing, don't come here.

Pam (RDA) got my teeth 4 shades lighter with an in-office treatment so I am pleased with the results after a 20 min bleaching followed by another 15 session. My teeth are not white but they look much less yellow. My kids also got their braces here and Dr Hardy is great. The pricing for braces is fair and affordable compared to other offices and they have a lot of dental assistants to do the brace adjustments, under the orthodontist’s supervision and guidance.
