I took my daughter for a tooth extractionThey made 3 referrals no answers . There equipment half mildew growing on it and I told them they can’t put that in my daughters mouth , the dentist she is incompetent and stuck up . The front Desk lady Kayla was the only concerned professional. I called to reschedule a missed apt and was told I couldn’t bring her back due to disrespect. So I guess not letting her put a filthy device in my child’s mouth is disrespectful now. This was plain retaliation and immature , unprofessional treatment due to their own Lazy ,Snobby ,Judgemental practices

Had no issues my first few visits, until I was a walk in case do to possible infection. The dentist proceeds to state we should go ahead and take care of a root canal and filling and cutting a root tip out, being she saw no infection. I still felt alot of pain after numbing meds and was yelled at for allegedly confusing pressure with pain, and was also taunted by dentist in process of all this work over it. Come to find out I was indeed full of infection after having all this work started when dr. cut the root tip out which was the last thing she done. Her reactions were not sympathetic or apologetic versus the F bomb and walking out of the room. I have never returned and suffer from bad dental anxiety as well now.

Dr. Hem is great! She listens to my concerns and made sure my bite was fixed and accurate. The assistants all are really nice, professional and informative 👏 would recommend

Dr. Morgan is a Great Dentist, He always has a great attitude and is very professional. When I heard he was back I quickly transferred to him. He was my first dentist till I was 23 years old. I moved back to Zanesville 8 years ago and will not go to any other Dentist.Thank you Dr. MorganMike Grear
