I cannot recommend this dental office enough!!! If you are less than amazed with your current office, please do yourself a favor and make the switch. You are not just a number at Parker Dental Group. They slow down, take their time, explain everything in great detail, prepare you for what is about to happen next, and always ensure you are comfortable and feeling no discomfort.Every single touchpoint with their brand is phenomenal. Their facility is easy to access, beautiful, and extremely clean. Every single staff member has fantastic people skills and is happy to see you. Their dentists sit down with you for a one-on-one “new patient” consultation where you can actually get to know one another before sitting in their chair. They send convenient text message appointment reminders, and even have appointment reminder stickers you can place on your wall calendar or planner. I received an amazing hand-written welcome letter from Dr. Kayla herself. I was amazed when I received a follow-up phone call the day after I had a cavity filled to check in and see how I was feeling. I even saw the sweetest interaction when Dr. Kayla walked out to the waiting area to greet a mother with her precious baby and adorable toddler. Oh, and not to mention, they have the sweetest little service dog you’ll ever meet (Ted)—he even laid in my lap during my appointment :)Unfortunately, I’ve had negative experiences with other dentists in Zanesville, but my view of dentistry has completely changed because of how phenomenal everyone is at Parker Dental Group and how comfortable I have been at my appointments. I have never been to an incredibly exceptional dental office, until I found Parker Dental Group; and I am relieved to have finally found ‘my place’.

Our family has received excellent, professional,compassionate, and supportive clinical care for many years from the Parker Dental Group! Dr. John, Dr. Chris and Dr. Kala are sensitive, caring and attentive to all our needs! We are so fortunate to have them in our lives and in our community. The office staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and the environment is comforting the minute you walk in. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful! We thank you for being so wonderful to our family! I've had compassionate care and excellent clinical treatment from Parker Dental Group. I've been lucky to be a patient of all three doctors, Dr. Kala, Dr. Chris and Dr. John! Dr. Kala's compassion and sensitivity ensured that I was very comfortable. She had their therapy dog, Ted, sit on my lap to help me relax. Dr. Chris and Dr. Kala's clinical assessment of my dental needs have given me peace of mind. I required extractions along with implants and every procedure has gone smoothly. I am so pleased with the outcome and the beauty of my smile! Dr Kala Parker performed an extraction on our 6 year old son and I was very impressed with how comfortable she made him feel and what a tremendous job she did. Her calm demeanor kept him relaxed throughout the procedure. Highly recommend!

Started my dental journey with Parker Dental a few weeks ago. They are the kindest and most supportive group to get you through difficult decisions and procedures. Everything with my dental plan was discussed and explained, most importantly it is exactly what I wanted to do for me. The staff is amazing, friendly and most importantly very attentive.
