This place was able to get my girl in immediately! They were all amazing. We had to be there 2 days back to back and both times everyone was great. Harley the first day and then Renee and Kayla the second day. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!!!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this Dental Office. They are one of my favorites. They’re always compassionate and caring. They didn’t have to squeeze me in when I woke up late and missed my appointment today , but I expressed to them I really wanted to be there and needed to and they made sure I got in the same day.

The young lady Kayla at the reception desk was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The waiting time was only about 15 minutes from the time we checked in until my daughter was completely finished. Now the down side was my son also had an appointment for a cleaning and his appointment was an hour later. So I had to wait an hour in the waiting room because my son drives himself, but considering he's a minor still they couldn't see him without me being present. Knowing that it's patients from the same family and they were only getting cleanings done the appointments should have been scheduled 15 minutes apart instead of an hour. Also when my children were finished up and we went to the front desk to check out/schedule future appointments no one let me know how everything went. When I did ask 3 times to the young lady she blatantly ignored me until Kayla spoke her name and said she's talking to you. Not impressed with the whole visit but at least Kayla was very friendly, professional and courteous. That's the only reason I'm leaving a 5 star review.

Such a great office! Harlee and Kayla were great and helped me out so much! The entire staff were very friendly. I was able to call and get in right away, the next day even, other places were telling me 2-3weeks just to be seen. I’m no longer embarrassed to smile, and that’s priceless!!!

Everything went a lot faster and smoother than I expected. Harlee was a great help. Very nice people. 10/10 recommend. I drove over 2 hours to Alpha Dental and it was well worth it.
