This was my first visit and I was pleased. I had X-rays, my teeth cleaned by Paige and an examination by Dr. Pivovar. I made a follow up appointment to have a filling replaced that had fallen out. Also an appointment for another cleaning in 6 months. I’ve found my new family dentist!

I was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Pivovar quickly. He has a gentle and quiet demeanor, with very friendly staff. Dr. P. has been my local dentist for over 20 years.

Please beware of this dentist. As a healthcare professional, I feel like it’s my obligation to warn people about him. Unfortunately, I had to find a new Dentist because my dentist of 30 years retired. I saw this dentist on my plan, and he had OK reviews, so I decided to check him out. Huge mistake! I should’ve left when I saw the office. It’s disgusting and run down. Not only that, but the dentist hygienist apparently still thinks it’s 2020 and was wearing a full face mask shield, and was gowned from head to toe. She also barely spoke to me during the entire cleaning. Then, when I finally saw the Dentist Norman, he continue to tell me I had a ton of cavities, but yet he couldn’t show me where they were on any of my x-rays. He just continued to say to me only drink water or black coffee?! No plan was ever discussed with me except when I went to leave that they said he would have to numb my mouth four separate times to get all the cavities. Since I just saw my regular dentist before he retired six months earlier, and was cavity-free, I knew that couldn’t be the case. A close family member recommended a dentist in another city, thank God I saw him and got a second opinion because what a surprise, I only had one cavity, not 20. Please stay away from the Dentist unless you want to get ripped off. What a poor excuse for someone in the medical field to take advantage of other people. you should be ashamed of yourself, Dr. Norman!!!!
