If I could I leave negative stars I would, this is the absolute worst place anyone could get dental work done. My wife has been there three times leading up to a filling and nothing was said about how much the operation would cost, then getting to the appointment today they are extremely rude to her and tell her its going to cost $1,200. After not carrying money with her she calls me asking what to do, then the front desk proceeds to tell her if she cannot afford it she needs to reschedule because they have other patients who can. I tell her to pay for it because she needs the work done, once they take her back to start the operation, they proceed to be rude to her! We just spent $1,200 and the staff is extremely rude, manipulative, and overall unpleasant. If you book an appointment here, good luck. This place should be closed.

Bright Now in Medina is by far the best dental office I have ever been to in my 35 years. I avoided the dentist for way too long because of bad experiences and just plain nerves. Finally made an appt after a family member recommended their office. I needed fillings today and they worked on my teeth for almost 2 hours. They have the most kind, caring and hard working staff anyone could ask for and my teeth look great. Thank you so much Bright Now Dental!!

Very friendly staff! I was nervous scheduling a first time appointment, because I hadn't been seen by a dentist in a while, for just a cleaning or otherwise. Dr. Martin is awesome and told me I take good care of my teeth and that they all look great! I just wish they had sooner openings for my cleaning.

Misinformed about payment options and billing for visit. I asked if they provide a detailed bill for payment through an MRA account and was told yes. After my visit i had asked the kind younger receptionist for the bill after she had already dismissed me. The older lady at the counter was extremely rude and demanded I had to pay right then and after each visit in a nasty tone. I do not appreciate the misinformation or terrible hospitality from this individual so I will unfortunately need to find a different dental office even though the dentist was thorough and pleasant. People like that ruin business for companies. She needs work on her smile and courtesy.
