I am extremely pleased with the overall experience. Dr. Dave was very attentive taking the time to discuss my oral health and answer all of my questions without rushing. I appreciated the clear explanations regarding my treatment options and the gentle approach to ensure I was at ease. Hannah was thorough during the cleaning, explaining every step of the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Kristine is very helpful with all my insurance queries. I have always been partial to dentists and their chairs but in my 65 years, this is the first time that I’m so comfortable in one. Dr. Dave is considerate, approachable and patient, explaining and answering my questions. He tries to save each tooth and does only what needs to be done. And his chair! It has a massage and heat option! Isn’t that amazing? Having my crowns redone while having a massage😊. I am so happy with my crowns. They look like my natural teeth. I would recommend Dr. Dave to my friends and family. Christine, the receptionist is very nice and accommodating. Call her to book an appointment and she will find you one that suits your schedule.

A great establishment to get your teeth cleaned at! Wonderful staff with amazing care for their customers. Not only did they do a great job at keeping my teeth healthy, they explained the process very well and helped me understand areas for me to improve my dental care to avoid problems in the future. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a dental centre!

I don't leave reviews very often, but this clinic has more than earned its stars.After a number of harrowing dental experiences as a child (Dr. McIvor, you sadist jerk) I have been extremely anxious about dental care as an adult.It's taken about a decade of consistent, excellent care by this clinic's (and their former sister clinic downtown) staff to restore that trust for me, but they've more than proven their competence, compassion and care.The cleanings are done carefully (thanks Hannah for your great work today!) and pain-free. The tools and technology employed are new and exacting. Explanations of exactly what we're doing, why it's required, and what to expect from the treatment are the norm - not a special exception you need to ask for. Billings are astute and direct. Appointment times are respected (sorry I was late! yikes!) and I'm never stuck waiting.This team runs an excellent clinic, and if you're looking for a new dentist, I'm pleased to recommend them highly.
