I’ve been going here for about 5 years. The dentist, Dr. Katie, is very knowledgeable and good at explaining the reasons for different procedures, and her work is very gentle. The whole staff always have a positive attitude as well.

I had a fantastic experience at Burnaby Heights Dental Centre! The staff was friendly, and Dr. Katy was professional and thorough. Best fillings I’ve ever had! I loved seeing the before and after photos of my teeth, wow what a difference! Highly recommend for anyone in need of dental care!

Dr. Katy is very knowledgeable. I love how she highlights preventative practices to her patients, like how to properly brush teeth to prevent cavities. Also, I got the best fillings! Dr. Katy is meticulous when it comes to fillings; she wants it to be shaped and polished so that it remains smooth and natural-looking. Surinder, the dental assistant, got the lightest hands and is very kind and gentle too. Giulia and Odette, thank your for being welcoming and patient to send reminders.Thank you, Dr. Katy and the team for the wonderful experience

Dr Katy is awesome! Very happy with her and the team. Extremely knowledgeable. Wonderful at freezing! She fixed an issue from having my four wisdom teeth removed. (2002, third dentist I've seen.) I've been in the office for: Cleanings, fillings, fixing gum overgrowth (another/different issue from having my wisdom teeth removed.), sorting out teeth alignment after filings, dental surgery, freezing and, sutures. Explained how flossing doesn't fully clean between the teeth. Compared to dental brushes for all over the spaces between teeth.
