Had such a great experience! I came in last minute for a chipped tooth, and as a new patient, they squeezed me in and were so kind. I had such a good appointment that I came in again a week after for a cleaning and an x ray consult. All the staff were so friendly and kind, and Solji, Haley, and Dr. Yang answered every question I had during my sessions. Also, at the end of my appointment, I was having trouble with my insurance during billing, but all the front desk staff were super patient in making sure all claims were submitted properly, going above and beyond. Literally the best clinic, thank you so much everyone!

I left my other dentist because they rushed and talked over me and never answered my questions in ways that felt like it respected my dignity and ability to make good decisions for my oral health. Angela D and Dr. Yang were super patient and informative about all the work that I needed and why. They explained things multiple times until I felt satisfied with their explanations, and Jennifer at the front desk was so bubbly and kind I felt welcomed throughout my visit and am so glad I switched.

Everyone is so sweet, kind, and genuinely cares about your experience. They take the time to ensure you feel at ease while getting your dental needs taken care of. New West Dentistry was absolutely amazing! The staff was super professional and friendly. Jennifer at the front made my first visit very easy and comfortable. Dr. May was an absolute delight - knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. The office was clean and modern, and the whole experience was comfortable and efficient. I felt well taken care of during my visit and would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in need of quality dental care. Overall, a fantastic experience at New West Dentistry.

Exceptional service! The staff at the clinic are professional, friendly, and truly care about their patients. The clinic is spotless, and the entire experience from booking the appointment to the treatment is seamless. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch dental care. Lalieine will help you with booking and payment. Diella is a great hygienist. Also, I highly recommend Dr. Yoon for his excellent service. His expertise, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole experience enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
