Another great experience with Halo Dental :) I had Chantelle for my periodontal cleaning today and she was amazing! They have great people here, highly recommend their services 👍 I have major dental anxiety but they have always been wonderful here 😀

Poor experience with the receptionist and her supervisor. The receptionist who appeared to be in training kept misspelling my name so I had to enunciate very slowly and correct her 3 times in total. I inquired about coverage under my husband and she had no idea and had me on hold to ask someone about it. Her superior was no better.. I had to repeat my question and she was muttering under her breath trying to find the information. Finally she told me that it is only 50% covered. I knew that it covers 100% so I inquired another clinic, which confirmed that it covers 100%. I didn’t end up booking at Halo due to the misinformation.

Hygienist Fariba , DR Li, and receptionist Sukh are so nice and friendly. I’m happy to be their patient.Halo dental fixed my teeth in the past when I had an emergency situation on the weekend. I was not their patient at that time but they treated me super nice and fixed my issue right away, even I was a walk-in patient. I changed my dentist since then. Thanks for all great service.If you live in New Westminster, please check it out.

Few months ago, husband had gum issues for a really long time and our previous dental office failed to resolved it. Started searching for a new dental office close to our home and based on their reviews, I opted to call Halo Dental. From that first call until now, they lived up to their reputations. Very polite & accommodating. Everyone treats us with professionalism and respect. Sukh always has a smile on her face as soon as you walk in the door. Always go above & beyond to answer and deal with our insurance questions. The dentist, hygienist and assistants are very warm and always say hello to the people in the waiting area each time they fetch the next patient. Husband gum issues were resolved and we are looking forward to a long relationship.

Halo Dental uses state of the art technology and that makes for a great experience. The owner, Dr. Bajaj, is a superior dentist. I have been with her for at least 20 years. I would not change for any other dentist. I have sampled other dentists, but always have returned to her. I trust her with my teeth. I just recently had a crown, and it fits perfectly feels natural and is a superior crown. I highly recommend Halo Dental.
