Never thought I’d give a dentist 5 stars. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and everyone at this office was so kind and patient to me, my dentist (Dr.Son) was so busy yet made time to do my procedure perfectly but also help keep me calm. Same with the dental assistants, they all brought me blankets and stress balls. I’m so grateful for this dentist experience being not the worst ever. Highly recommend to anyone anxious of the dentist. Thank you Dr son!

I’ve been here a few times as I needed a new dentist. The facility is new and clean, however, it seems that every time I come, I experience some sort of issue.Recently, I came in for a cleaning and I lost a new filling during the process. They were unable to repair it on that day. I booked an appointment for later in the week. The day after the cleaning, the receptionist called and asked me to move the appointment to a later date as the dentist who did the filling was out of the country. I explained I did not want to move the appointment and was happy to see another dentist as the lost filling was giving me pain and discomfort.He responded that he had an appointment the following day. I took the new appointment. I’ve now been in the chair for over an hour waiting. This is not the first time that I’ve had an appointment with a dentist and waited over an hour.Reception and the dentists need better communication and scheduling.

I highly recommend HighGate Dental clinic. All the staff is very professional, thorough, and very supportive and friendly. They explain every procedure, and take extra care and time to ensure you are comfortable, even if it means running overtime, taking a break or using a different procedure or piece of equipment to accommodate your needs. The clinic is tidy, organized, and has the latest technology and pleasant, highly trained staff that work well as a team. The location is very conveniently located, and it is a large clinic with multiple professionals so the clinic is able accommodate you with prompt appointments. I will happily continue to have my dental needs met at HighGate Dental.

I had a change in coverage so I informed the Highgate office of this over a week before my appointment so they could secure communication of adequate funding from my current dental plan. I had to call them repeatedly to explain the details until they let me know it was resolved and I was fully covered. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist gave me documents to sign and submit for the coverage plan I no longer have and that I had repeatedly informed them of. These staff are very friendly but their level of understanding of what is going on is extremely limited. If I had just signed the documents she gave me, they would have submitted a formal signed request for funding from a dental plan that doesn’t exist. Very frustrating that no one communicates with eachother in that office.
