It’s rare to find a place where every part of the experience—from check-in to checkout—is seamless and stress-free. What an experience at this dental office!!! I’ve been there a few times now and there staff is amazing!! I have very sensitive teeth and I told this to the hygienist but can’t remember her name but she took this into consideration and was really gentle. There receptionists Alyssa and Janis are super friendly. They always great you when walking in and as dental offices sometimes fall behind they let you know this as soon as you walk in. Overall I’ve had a lovely experience here as this may be my new dentist in the future. Highly recommended them!

Although Dr Glenn is a wonderful person, the reception staff need to be retrained. Seemingly I owed $60 because an insurance company mistake. The receptionist did not get back to me for months. She could have just called and settled the issue immediately, which occurred 10 months ago. Eventually she rudely says that the bill needs to be taken care of before any other appointments can be booked. My family and I have been with this dentist for over 10 years. No more. I have taken myself and my kids to some other dentist where the receptionist is courteous and extremely considerate.

After avoiding the dentist for longer than a person ever should, I had reached the point where the condition of my teeth had become the only thing I could think of. Constant pain, obvious decay and just general ugliness finally made me admit that it was time to see a professional and find out how bad it was, and what it was going to take to get it sorted out.It seems you can't swing a dead cat these days without hitting a dentists office, so I was a little overwhelmed, to say the least. I mean, they are everywhere, and they all say they welcome new patients, so where's a guy to turn in his hour of fear and need? Fortunately, a co-worker recommended Dr Glenn Keryluk in Port Coquitlam. My co-worker has never steered me wrong before when she recommends something, so I decided to book a consultation to see if he was ok, and get an assessment on the damage.From the moment I walked into the office, and was greeted by Alyssa, I had a feeling I was in the right place. A genuine empathy and kindness are the standard here, and none of it feels forced or put on.Every moment after the first one only reinforced my general good feeling about this place, and the people who staff it, as, to a person, they made every step along this somewhat terrifying gauntlet a lot less scary.Dr Keryluk is a pro, through and through, and he has surrounded himself with a team of smart, talented, caring, compassionate people, who all seem to not only like what they do, but seem to also like serving people, and making them feel better about what is, for many, a very harrowing experience. He's also got a great sense of humour, and treats the people around him with respect, which shows in their interactions with him, and with each other. There is truly a nice, natural vibe in this place that cannot be manufactured. Nobody likes going to the dentist, and these folks get that, but they aren't offended by it. On the contrary, they make it their mission to provide comfort and bring a touch of humanity to the whole experience. I have yet to meet anyone in the office who does not seem wholly committed and passionate about what they do, and that is a little rare I think.So, whether it's been 25 years, like me, or you're just not feeling the love from your regular dentist, I can definitely recommend a dentist in Port Coquitlam if you're looking. Look no further - Face & Smile is an amazing dental office. Alyssa at the front is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and makes the experience of visiting the dentist much more enjoyable.Dr. Chelseigh is the best dentist. She makes your visits relaxed and treats everyone with so much respect and kindness. She is very understanding of the anxiety that may come with a visit to the dentist. I am grateful that I am no longer afraid of the dentist, I actually look forward to going in for my scheduled appointments!Thank you to the whole Face & Smile team for making such an impact on my life! :D
