Dr. Chen is a fantastic dentist. Before I moved to Coquitlam, my previous dentist had recommended replacing all my fillings. Dr Chen assured me this was not necessary, and he would let me know of any work required. Five years later, my fillings are still fine and I've saved thousands of dollars.Great integrity and fantastic personal service with pleasant personalities. I feel fortunate to have found Dr Chen.

⭐ 5 Stars! I've been coming to Dr.Chens office since I was about 8 or 9 years old (I'm in my mid 20's now). The staff have always been incredibly personable! The staff members always keep great conversation no matter if youre in the waiting room or in the dental chair. They run a seamless flowing office and even with covid precautions they maintain a very welcoming environment. My husband switched dentists & started coming to Dr.Chen a year ago and absolutely was amazed. We live in Surrey and its always worth the drive to go to a good dentist! 🦷😁 (Bonus: when the doggos are in the office, especially the shiba 💛)

We have been clients of Como Lake Dental for more than 10 years. Dr.Chen is very knowledgeable and gentle, his staff is great, my 8-year old son is never afraid to visit their office and always gets a small gift from the "treasure chest". Dr.s dogs are adorable and add warmth to the office while socialising with patients. Admin group always tries to accommodate any changes when possible and are very friendly. I love the text reminders on the phone - technology helps keeping up with appointments. Great experience overall!

As a new patient I have gone to Dr Chen Clinic because I got fooled by the five star reviews when I searched for a dentist near me.On my first visit I got very simple " permanent" filling which fall out after 19 DAYS !!!!.Very bad workmanship and or bad materials. I believe both. Even my family questioned and criticized this filling after the visit.I called the office during working hours. Nobody answered. I left a message. Nobody called back and apologized.I am very disappointed that Dr Chen he didn't put any efforts into communicating and discussing permanent options to fix it.I will never go to this clinic. I can't afford this kind of patient care.

Dr. Chen and his team are the absolute best. They are kind, caring, and professional. I've been a patient of Como Lake Dental for over 2 years, and I can honestly say that I've never had such wonderful treatment at a dental office. They truly care for the well being of their patients, which is refreshing in this day and age. I highly recommend their services.
