I had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Meeta Bhatt during a root canal retreatment. Communication was poor—she didn’t explain the post-root canal X-ray images and just left after doing the filling. I didn’t even have the chance to talk to her since she left me with the dental assistant, who simply told me that they had already discussed the X-ray images and I was good to leave. The prescription was handed to me by the receptionist instead of being properly explained. When I expressed discomfort, she dismissed it by saying, 'I already told you you’ll feel pain.' This lack of validation and care made for a disappointing experience. I don’t usually write poor reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared.

Even though it takes me an hour to travel from home to Tri Cities Dental, I wouldn't want any other dental clinic looking after my dental health. From the expertise of Dr. Ballo to the technician Maria and Mandy on the front desk, I 've been extremely happy with the ethical care, attention and dental knowledge of this wonderful clinic. I recommend them most highly!

I saw Dr. Meeta Bhatt last week for my root canal therapy for my molar tooth. I have a lot of anxiety in general, but Dr. Bhatt made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was ready before starting. My dentist wasn’t able to complete the root canal, so he sent me to Dr. Bhatt, and she finished the treatment with ease. I would highly recommend her!!

I recently went to have a complex root canal performed at Tri Cities Dental Specialists.Dr. BHATT and her team were exceptional right from 'hello' at the front door. I found Dr. BHATT by searching for a specialist on the Canada Dental Program website and reached out to them. The receptionist Mandy booked an appointment within 1 week, contacted my dentist for reports and xrays to be sent over for doctor BHATT to peruse. She also explained in detail how the billing process works and she immediately put in all the pre-authorization paperwork to insurance company.Dr. BHATT met me in the reception and communicated the procedure in detail so I would know the complexities and desired results. I have never felt so cared for and in such capable hands as by this kind, gentle, skillful doctor. She is an amazing specialist. I highly recommend Dr. BHATT and her team at Tri Cities Dental Specialists. I will be telling all my friends as well as recommending that my own dentist refer any other patients needing to see a specialist to definitely go to Tri Cities.Thank you Dr. BHATT and your wonderful team!

I had a cleaning with Maria last week and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. She was gentle and very kind with a light hand. Dr Ballo was also incredibly informative with my procedure options. I’m looking forward to coming back and that’s not something I lightly say about the dentist!
