Horrible customer service. The lady at the front desk with short hair was very rude and disrespectful. My mom was in so much pain and the insurance that she has assign her to this location. We go in show her the insurance card and she was like you have to be on the list. She checks the list once and then says you’re not on the list you have to go somewhere else. We was like the insurance agent told us to come here. She like well your not on the list you need to go somewhere else we can’t take you. First of all there is a better way she could have said that. She just dismissed us as if we didn’t matter because we weren’t on her list. So we call the insurance agent back and he wants to speak with the lady at the front desk. Even the agent on the phone was confused with this woman. He was like she has been assigned to your location since July, but she tells him the same thing she is not on the list we can’t take her in. Then after all that she finally pulls out the list again and checks is again and guess what she found my moms name on the list. All the lady at the front desk had to do was just double check the list the first time when we walked in. But instead she just wants to send us away while my mom was in pain. Horrible customer service. I normally don’t write reviews but this was one that needed to be said.
