Horrible dentist! If I could give negative starts, I would. Started out I thought they were great, everyone was nice and seemed to care. They filled 10 teeth in one sitting, yes I agreed to it, I shouldn’t have and they shouldn’t have given me the option. After many times of telling them there was something wrong they finally decided to do a root canal on my molar. After the 5th file broke, the decided they couldn’t finish it and referred me to Ohio State to have it finished. Yes I said 5. Why on gods green earth did it take you that many files to break before figuring out you couldn’t do it. So I get to Ohio State and they told me they couldn’t finish it either because they couldn’t extract the files. So now I’ve got a half finished root canal that could still give me problems in the future. Don’t even get me started on how many fillings have fell out in just a year and the tooth they “filled” that I had to get redone because they didn’t even cover the whole tooth. If you value your teeth stay away

We have been so happy with the dental care that we've received at Scarlet Dental. I feel great about bringing the whole family, they have done a wonderful job with our children and have already been recommending them to friends and family and anyone looking for a good dentist.

The only reason I am not giving them a 1 star is because Cathy there was a gem and was so considerate and kind to my husband. She explained everything she did and made sure he was comfortable. Otherwise this place is not getting our business again. First off, the computers were down and they didn't tell any patients unless you called and got their automated message. Our 9am appointment turned into a 10am appointment. Then as the doctor was working on his teeth, my husband jumped as the numbing wasn't working fully and she had the nerve to get upset with him and scold him. Jumping is dangerous, I understand, but it was a natural human reaction and the pain was so sudden he didn't have a chance to raise his hand and tell her. After a little longer she put her tools down, told another person to refer him elsewhere for sedation, and left without saying a word to him or I. Very unprofessional and very rude. Cathy was apologetic and I was thankful for that, but the doctor was ridiculous and acted like it's his fault he's sensitive and the meds weren't working. I recommend going anywhere else and staying away from here.

I took my daughter in to Scarlet dental today for the first time. We will definitely be returning! The staff members are all incredible and seem to truly enjoy what they are doing. They all put a smile on your face and treat you so warmly. The Dentist is hilarious and makes the kids laugh and feel at ease. Luckily my daughter doesn’t mind going to the dentist, but if you have a child who is scared then this would be a great experience for them to get comfortable with going. We loved it so much that I am switching my husband and myself to their office.

This dentist was very inconsiderate and told me my questions were above her pay rate and that I should only drink sink water moving forward
