The Dentist and staff was really nice to me. I needed an immediate tooth pulled and they were able to take care of me on the same day. I am forever grateful for Great Expressions Dental (Southfield). If you are looking for a Dentist who cares this is the place to come.

I thought the hygienist was very good and she was very nice. But I didn't appreciate being told they were running on time when I specifically asked if they were. my cleaning wasn't even started until an hr after my scheduled appointment time. I would just appreciate honestly and updates if they are running behind.

Yesterday was not a pleasant visit at your office, I was very disappointed because every visit that I have had was great and I even shared that with family and friends. While I can understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control, but what up set me was the fact that I live in Sterling Heights and had to take an uber so I would not miss my appointment, now what would have solved this issue is if the office knew that the tech was going to unavailable and an replacement was going to be called in . Someone from your office could have. Allen me and informed me of the situation and given me an option, like we are short staffed so you may have a longer wait but we will take care of you Or would you rather reschedule for another day that is all that was needed to be done.
