DENTAL FEAR patient here. I’m going to rate my experience here so far a 4 out of 5.. if I could it would be a 4.5 out of 5. The receptionist could be a little more friendly. But the dentist and her assistant were absolutely amazing. They were super understanding and patient with my fear of needles. The procedure was pretty much painless besides a few pinches here and there. I’m excited to get my entire mouth fixed with teeth and a smile I am proud to show off. Thank you gentle dental!!

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my clients recent experience at your clinic.I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the behavior of one particular staff member, the receptionist.I found her demeanor to be unprofessional and rude, which significantly impacted my client's overall experience. Her tone was dismissive, and she seemed to lack empathy or understanding in her interactions with patients. I was especially concerned by her choice to speak in Tagalog during phone conversations, assuming that patients around her did not understand. While I recognize that language preferences are important, I believe professionalism and courtesy should always come first, especially when interacting with patients who may not share the same language.I strongly encourage the management team to review the phone calls answered by this receptionist, as it would provide valuable insight into how she communicates with patients. It is my hope that the clinic will address this issue to ensure that all staff members maintain the high standard of care and professionalism that the clinic is known for.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure a more positive experience for all patients in the future.

My dentist is puneet and she is amazing. I have the worst anxiety when it comes to dental work and she was always patient and checking in with me to make sure I am ok. She even waited over thirty minutes for my friend to get there and support me so I would feel comfortable. She was honest with the dental work and payments and her dental assistants are kind too. Receptionist always answers the phone and calls back. Could not be any happier. Thank you to the team for having compassion and patience with a person that struggles with severe anxiety. It is much appreciated.

All the staff here are insanely awesome! They answer any question you have and help you understand and show you why they're doing what they're doing. This was the best dental visit and first extraction I've ever had. Top tier 6/5
