Would give this place a 0/5 stars if able. We got here 15 minute early to complete new patient paperwork. First time here and ended up having to cancel my visit after waiting in the lobby for 1.5 hours. My husband had an appointment at the same time as mine but was taken back 30-40 mins after his appointment time. While waiting 4 people were taken back who had arrived after me. Later was asked by the front office staff if I received a call the day prior to confirm that my insurance was good. Why would I be asked this, shouldn’t this be in their system? Also why would my appointment be confirmed if there was an issue with my insurance? Front office staff kinda seem a bit lost here. Husband was made to wait over 40 mins in the room to receive his paperwork after everything was done which he never ended up getting. Once I got the courage to go up to the other lady at the front desk (who does financing). She summed it up to them being over booked and also seeing people who were scheduled for surgical procedures. Husband running late to work and now I’m back to looking for a new dental office.

I came in for an appointment and the first thing asked was “Donyou have an appointment “ what happened to exceptional customer service ? When you walk in a business you should be greeted with a hello how are you doing and then how can I help you! To top it off while I was telling the receptionist my name she put me on hold to answer the phone and did not tell that customer if they could please hold she is with a customer instead she attended to the customer on the phone and left me hanging. Very unprofessional and unskilled!

Want to give a 5/5 to the front lady's, Maria and Ofelia. They greet me with a Welcome. They where very helpful. Love there customer service. Ofelia always with a smile 😃 Definitely come back.

I have heard a lot of bad stories about Western Dental. So I was a bit hesitant to go. I found them to be very nice and pleasant. The office staff was efficient as expected. The dentist was great and made me feel comfortable..However on my last visit, I was scheduled for 2 fillings with a crown.I was in the chair 10 mins when the dentist can in and numbed me. Then I waited another 1:15 min and still she never came over to do the procedure. She was busy with other patients. I figured they didn't have time to see me, so I left and rescheduled. Maybe they will have time.Overall, I will go back because the horror stories I heard were not what I experienced.

Staff is super nice and helpful. I took my daughter to get her braces on. The staff would always check up on us and call to make appointments without any problems. My daughter also said the staff is very nice and makes her feel safe. Definitely recommend.
