Got a tooth pulled never have I ever heard of ibuprofen for a damn tooth removal especially one that was decayed from the inside out!They told me ibuprofen was a pain killer but if you look into ibuprofen it’s an anti-inflammatory pill 😑I honestly wish I had paid out-of-pocket elsewhereAlso no antibiotics so it got infected!And they still told me ibuprofen and Tylenol will take care of it!I really believe they’ve never gone through an infected wisdom tooth getting pulled!I’ve been crying randomly through the day at night even!I’m just glad I had leftover real painkillers from surgery I had in the past!If not I don’t know how I would do anything with this pain!!Also for some reason the back of my tongue immediately when I left and the numbing agent wore off starting hurting just as bad as where they pulled the tooth I don’t understand what they did back there feels like they sstabbedthe back of my tongue!!

Ladies up front and manager Arasely are great, understanding and patient. Dr Raya on the other hand, a complete disaster. He treated me with such disrespect and poor bedside manner that I won't see him again. I spoke to the manager and she was great, that's why I gave 3 stars, because of everyone else. Otherwise it would be 1 star.

Ladies at the front seem very nice. Doctors and nurses are a whole different story. Doesn’t seem like they even wanna work. Why be a nurse if you don’t care for other people health? They have no sense of urgency what so ever. The doctor I had was so rude. coming from radys this is a BIG down grade. I don’t know where to go.

So I set up a dental appointment a month ago and then called NCHS transportation and they said they couldn't pick me up from Escondido Valley. Even though I still live in North County. I came in for my appointment today and they were supposed to have me on a free program but when I came to my appointment I almost had it cancelled again but they lost funding. The office and those handling these appointments need to get more organized. Now I will have a payment plan to pay back the office on top of my private school loans which i have to pay and I am currently unemployed. MediCal also made an error giving me MediCal for emergency pregnancies even though im not pregnant, but I suffer from Anemia. I just don't understand how they could make a huge mistake like this. I am absolutely appalled. I don't know what's going on with administration but they need to figure it out. Move some people around or dismiss the people at the front desk. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm going to croucj street next time.
