Would NOT recommend. This place is unexpectedly scammy. We went to this practice and have had non stop issues with dental injuries, incorrect billing, and pain. I had fillings done for alleged cavities (at this point I question if that was even an accurate diagnosis) and found myself in pain weeks after. I never had pain before seeing Dr Davis. Dr Davis said it was no issue and that he would fix the issue (of course I paid and my insurance was billed for that second). He added an agent to help numb some of the pain, but this didn’t last. In the interim, my wife had a procedure during which hidden fees for drugs were added. When we voiced our unhappiness, we were told to contact the office manager. She has since left the company, and the new manager hasn’t been able to help us. I was given her email after a slightly terse phone call regarding XRays they billed for (despite never having them done). They thankfully agreed to reverse the charges with our insurance. When I reached out to tell her I wasn’t comfortable with anyone at this practice working on my teeth (which are still injured, I can hardly eat at times) she never even replied. I’m so upset by this because this practice seemed like a decent place and Dr Davis seems very knowledgeable. I feel honestly scammed and taken advantage of. I’m constantly in pain when I eat and drink. I really wish I never went to this dental office.

The tech and denist were very nice however I am extremely annoyed with my experience. I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. I went in there to do a regular exam and teeth cleaning. The doctor told me I have very early signs of periodontal disease. Which my teeth are in no way in near extreme decline. Most people actually do have this in some form. I originally wanted a cleaning and to address a cavity. Instead they suggested a special kind of cleaning for periodontal disease that my insurance doesn’t cover and is very expensive. I called back to tell them to just do the regular cleaning and the receptionist told me they won’t do a regular cleaning for me so now I have to find a whole new dentist and do an exam again my insurance won’t cover. Kinda BS

I’ve been coming to Carlsbad Village Faire dentists for about 6 years now. I really appreciate Dr Davis and the entire staff. Dental work is rarely fun but everyone is welcoming and supportive. They are also really good about finances, and I never like felt they were just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. They showed me several options for my budget and what they recommended for my unique oral health. They do great dental work compared to other dentists I’ve been to.I used to dread going to the dentist but now it’s not so bad! Keep up the great work team! 🙏🏻

I have seent his dentist twice now with my college-aged child. Both times, we just had cleaning and X-Rays. My daughter has two dental policies and I have one, both covering the cleaning at 100%. The first time, they tried to charge us about $600. This time, I'm looking at a bill for almost $1,000 due to the dentist not being accredited until two weeks after we were seen and also due to balance billing. This was in addition to other charges my dental plan adim said were "laughable". The billing at this office is a nightmare and takes months to resolve. I would not recommend.

I recently moved to Carlsbad and needed to find a new dentist, so I figured I'd check out Carlsbad Village Faire Dentists since it's fairly close to me. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Viveros took care of me during my visit was also incredibly welcoming. He did a routine check up on my teeth and gums. He mapped out a game plan for me based on what I want to improve with my smile.Also, he explained my gum health to me in a way I had never heard of before. I'm a golfer so he explained to me that 3's are pars, you want to hit those pars. 1's & 2's are your aces and birdies, awesome if you get those. 4's & 5's are your bogeys and double bogeys, you want to avoid those as much as possible in your oral hygiene game. I thought that was clever.I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next appointment!
