There were reasons why the ratings were so low for this dentist. Visited only because it’s located in my preferred area but the dentist performed a wrong treatment on the WRONG TOOTH. Complained directly to the doctor why he would do that and he just rambled over and over again then ran away with only saying that to visit again next time and then he will do the treatment then. Speechless. But they still charged for the treatment which wasn’t requested.

My gums started to smell rotten after 4-5 years of implantation here, I moved other town and present dr saying that my gums are completely damaged thru the implant. I came back to asked together clinic for remove my implant. And Together clinic asked me $1,000 for getting have a new implant. Another $1,000!!! Of cause I don’t want. And somehow the clinic didn't use a kit to replace my implant and the doctor hammered it out and of course the surrounding teeth were damaged. (It was hurts.) The receptionist says the implant is guaranteed for only five years. It's been exactly five years. And then they tried to get my insurance for the cost of removing implants. It was really hurt and bad memories of my Vancouver experience.

Dr. Lee and staff at Together Dental Clinic were very friendly. The scaling was pain-free and my crown came out well. They were also very helpful in accomodating my requested to reschedule my appointment. I have had only pleasant experience at this dental clinic.
