My experience at The Rogersville Family Denistry was one that was a most enjoyable of all visits I ever had with A Dental Visit! The staff was extremely courteous and very friendly. The Dental Hygenist was very good at keeping you informed of every step of the procedure you were being exposed to. After her initial examination, the Dr. Gunnin came in an explained the findings and made some recommendations. I needed some Oral Surgery and everything was scheduled and set up for me by Dr. Gunnin's capable office staff. I highly recommend this professional group to anyone needing Dental care and routine cleaning etc.

Dr. Gunnin is an excellent dentist...I have been with him for several years. His staff is courteous/ professional and attempts to accommodate the needs of his patients. His fee schedule is reasonable and well suited for this geographical area. I have recommended Dr. Gunnin and his practice to numerous people. RRC

If you can imagine a very stiff, uncomfortable environment. Gunnin and staff are either cold as ice or obviously fake warm. To Gunnin, any cavity seems to be an opportunity to put a crown on it. You may want to look a little more and find a local dentist that's better suited to treating and caring for your teeth.

After years of having braces he had put on me, he decided to take them off early. This brilliant idea has made my teeth so much worse than they were before. My self confidence is low because of what bad teeth I have just because this lackluster dentist didn't even bother to give me a retainer after having my braces off. If that isn't malpractice then I don't know what is. Thank you for this, Dr. Gunnin.

After being a patient of Dr Gunnin for close to 10 years I'm highly disappointed with his office staff. I was scheduled for dental care but my care was indecisive they were going to have to check to see if I needed the procedure again before actually doing it there for I did not get a cost of treatment plan. So they day before the service I called to see the exact amount that I was going to be paying. Well they had to go ask they gave me a number and I hang up to call the bank well turns out that I've paid several bills this week and that just isn't going to be affordable for me. Well I call back to let them know the issue. Ok well I have to be lectured by the very rude Ms. Patti at the front desk about I'm putting them in a bad spot. Well as I see I have been a very loyal customer my money has helped pay their bills so I'm already saying I'm having a hard time this week so I wanted to cancel and now I have to get a lecture to go with it I think not I will never be back again and I intend to make sure that Dr. Gunnin is aware of how his staff treats patients. I've never seen such rude staff to loyal customers they have made thousands of dollars from my family.
