I've never been here before until today. Last night an impacted wisdom tooth I have was causing me a great deal of pain and this morning too. Pain still there, but Dr. Hale has sent me in a good antibiotic for it and I'm scheduled to have it extracted this Friday. I called them this morning with my dental emergency and they got me right in, same day! The facility is very clean with plenty of sunshine coming through the windows. Dr. Hale was very nice and got right to the point. He seemed genuine in caring for the pain I was in and taking care of my tooth ASAP! So glad that I came here and I won't have to keep sitting in pain! I'd also like to note that all of the staff was very pleasant as well!

Dr. Hale is amazing dentist including his entire staff. I have several local dentists to choose from but will not change. It is always worth the hour drive to Ottawa. The staff is always friendly and cheerful with warm welcome and greeting every time. The prices are fair and reasonable with no wait time.

Excellent as always, everyone in my family has used Dr. Hales office for all dental issues and cleanings, for years. Dr. Hale did an excellent job with my dad recently with a tooth extraction, no pain and already healing quickly. I had my teeth cleaning cleaning on 2/25/22, as usual it went well, super quick and efficient. I have had different dental technicians over the years with my twice yearly cleanings and they have all been great. I would recommend Dr Hale for anyone looking for a dentist.

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Hale. I went in for a routine cleaning and check. Kitti did my cleaning and, as always, did a great job! She is always very kind and caring, and willing to put in the extra effort to make me feel comfortable with the process. I love Kitti!!I met Dr. Hale for the first time today and he was very nice. I plan to continue with Dr. Hale now that my former dentist has retired.

Dr. Hale is the best dentist and person I've ever met. I had been to another dentist that gave me a crown that abcessed and I was in so much pain but Dr. Hale opened his office up just for me, on a holiday weekend and removed the bad crown and infection and saved my life. I have NEVER met a dentist that truly cares so much for his patients and is so professional. I read some of the negative reviews and I think if the problems were communicated to him, I know he would have helped you also. He is absolutely amazing and the staff is kind and considerate. BEST DENTIST EVER !!!!!!!!
