I recently switched to Parma Family Dentistry and after my first appointment, I knew I made the right decision! From the moment I walked in, everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming.My fiancé highly recommended Autumn as a dental hygienist, and she absolutely lived up to the praise. She was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and made me feel well taken care of throughout the entire cleaning. I left with my teeth feeling amazing and loved seeing my smile afterward!Even though this office is out of network for my insurance (which is excellent), I knowingly took the risk because I wanted the best care—and it was absolutely worth the small extra cost. The level of service and attention to detail I received justified every penny. That said, if they were in-network, it would be a huge bonus, and I’d encourage them to explore that as an improvement area.Beyond Dr. Tony and Autumn, everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. It’s rare to be excited about a dentist appointment, but after this experience, I genuinely look forward to going back. Highly recommend!

I had an urgent appointment here after my front tooth broke in half. I was expecting to he told I need a crown or worse, an implant..but Dr.Tony was able to get me a filling and it looks PERFECT..can't even tell it's a fillings, looks just like all my other teeth. So happy I called them first. I could tell just by their waiting room that it's a great dentistry. I don't have insurance but the work I had done is worth every penny.

I just had my first appointment here and I was really impressed! I didn't have to wait at all – they took me right back to a room. The dentist was super nice and really knowledgeable. She's a bit older and has clearly been doing this for a while, because she noticed some things about my teeth that other dentists had totally missed. I felt like she really cared and took the time to explain everything. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!"

Had an issue with a molar. Called and got an appointment the same day! Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Judy did a fantastic job. I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist! I was treated with such respect.

So glad and grateful to have found a dentist that is professional, competent and kind. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Judy is professional, explains all procedures, checks in with comfort during procedures and is thorough and attentive to details while performing complex procedures.I highly recommend!!
