From the moment I walked in, The staff is exceptionally kind and caring was welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable. The clinic is clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment. I appreciate their commitment to patient care and would highly recommend panorama place dental centre to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental practice!

It was my second visit to Dr Priya for my daughter , and it was just as amazing as the first and the staff was welcoming and professional The level of care and attention to detail is truly impressive. Finally found a neighborhood dentist we can trust. Highly recommend ❤️

Emily at the front desk is incredibly rude. There is a problem with their interac debit/credit card machine so the transaction wouldn't go through and even though I had more than enough money in my account to pay for the work and I physically showed her my bank balance, she continued to say it was a "funds issue", implying I didn't have enough money on my card to pay for it. She made me feel embarrassed and attacked. She kept saying "you were aware of the cost of the work right?" in a very condescending way. I offered to e transfer the money but she said they don't take e transfer, but 5 minutes later the other receptionist said they do take e transfer so I sent the transfer and it went through no problem. Once she realized she had made a mistake, she didn't even apologize and still continued to speak to me in a rude manner. I don't appreciate Emily's tone and the way she spoke to me. 0/10 customer service and she should know that they take e transfer as that would have avoided this very embarrassing and stressful situation.

I have been going to Panorama Place Dental for over ten years, and they provide a great experience. Going to the dentist used to cause me so much stress and anxiety, but I do not feel that way anymore.
