I've been a Katsur patient since childhood, but started at the Pleasant Hills office last year. Dr John is awesome! He's friendly & does great work. The hygienist, Irene, is just as amazing! She's been cleaning my teeth even while I was a patient at a previous office.My only complaint is calling and leaving a voicemail. Usually, no one gets back to me. This last time I did receive a call back a few days later.

I never write reviews but today I’m going to because this is ridiculous !!! I moved to Pittsburgh in the beginning of September and I went to Katsur dental for a tooth extraction , my filling came out a few months back and when I came here the dentist put me on antibiotics and told me to schedule a appointment to come back that was a almost two months ago now !!! They kept rescheduling my appointment and two days ago half my tooth came out and I been in pain this is now a emergency another my way to the dentist they call me and tell me they have to reschedule me out all the way in December because they have no staff after they just told me two days ago that the dentist would be in today !!!! I’m so angry and this has really caused me a lot of stress no one should ever have to go thru what I’m going thru please I would not recommend them at all the worst dental place ever !!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! The receptionist was clearly on drugs… the dentist was the most rude person I think I ever crossed paths with in the healthcare field. Accused me of lying about having a prior root canal. Then when I asked if my insurance would cover something he huffed real heavy and said “ here we gooooo” 0 stars do not recommend!

Had a hard time finding a Dentist that accepted Medicaid and saw Katsur did but was leery reading the bad reviews. I had 3 cavities filled and it was actually a very good experience. From the initial exam through the work that was done. The staff was very nice too. Have more work to be done and will continue to go to Katsur. I would highly recommend.
