Dr. Gomez and the rest of the staff are truly excellent. They care about you and your experience. They actually listen to you and try to get to the root of any problem rather than just superficial treatment options. I’ve never felt comfortable going to the dentist until I started going here. This is going to sound ridiculous but you truly feel like family there. They’re the best!EDIT: 2/6/25: While I continue to believe the people at Dental Works are wonderful and my original review still stands, I have had a very difficult time with their appointment schedulers recently. It ended up that I got assigned to teach a class at the time of the appointment I made at my appointment. I thought it would be no big deal to call and reschedule, but it has taken 4 phone calls with their scheduling service. Not to mention that the button you push to reschedule your appointment doesn't work.... They were insistent that my daughter and I could not be seen at back-to-back appointments (and I was giving no time constraints at all). They wanted to schedule one of us at 9am and one of us at 12:30pm. She's 5, I'm not sitting at the dentist for hours. On the 4th call, I finally was working with someone that would schedule the appointment. Great dentist...try to not have to reschedule your appointment!!!!

They had my X-rays then had to find them but never intended on actual doing anything which I should have known when I was offered to keep my coat on in the dentist chair. Was able to get an appointment next week with Aspen dental partly because I was recommended by dental Works. Aspen is going to do what I was told I would need done and not the out of pocket amount dental works was going to charge. I'm going out on a limb to say I'm probably not wanted at dental works. I'm black can't say it was a factor in the obvious no need for my business.

10/10 the hygienist is super efficient and gentle, I'm so happy I live nearby!Edit on 1/24/25: I still really appreciate the care in the office 5/5 stars there. I had some major issues with billing though, 1/5 star there. They ended up sending my claim to collections even though I had perfectly functioning insurance. It was a bumble on their end, and I think their billing department still has no manager. I called them like 50 times over the course of a year and it was a bit of a nightmare. I can't go back because I'm scared they'd do it again :/Edit 1/28: the person named kennedy in billing solved my issue! Thank you Kennedy
