I was very pleased with my experience at Gentle Dentistry. The customer service is terrific. I found the actual cleaning/check-up to be very smooth and comprehensive. Everything was communicated well. Upon finding out I needed some work done the staff was kind enough to work out a schedule and also go through the insurance portion of it. I highly recommend!

They really are GENTLE!! My son and I had a great experience at the Gentle dentistry office. Highly recommended to anyone with anxiety about visiting the dentist. They are so friendly and will make you feel relaxed.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone at the office. Iam someone riddled with anxiety so I avoid situations that induce those feelings. I can say that everyone I spoke with helped my anxiety. I initially went for a check up and felt comfortable. I came back for a teeth cleaning, after that a root canal and crown. They are phenomenal at their job. I'm looking forward to coming back to complete my dental plan .

As a caveat for readers, I originally gave GD 5 stars for their friendly staff and clean, neat environment. But after weeks of not receiving essential contact following my original appointment at the beginning of November 2024, I unfortunately have to come to terms with the fact that my perfect score was misplaced.First, I want to say that the staff is super friendly. I will not dispute that. I also appreciate how neat and clean the office was - no clutters, spills, unsanitary tool storage, etc. I felt comfortable and at home.However, other issues really undermined my experience after taking everything into account.1) Insurance should be verified BEFORE services are rendered. To be fair to GD, I had my information messed up so if they were unable to find me in their system, that would be on ME to address. However, between providing the erroneous advice and confirming that I would be covered for my visit at the front desk when I arrived for my appointment, I was not given the impression I couldn't be found in the system. Instead, I was told that I should be good to go. It was not until AFTER a majority of the new patient visit (x-rays, gum health check, etc.) that I was told they couldn't not find my information so they terminated my appointment after I said I did not want to purchase their insurance plan. So I was stuck with an $89 bill and without a cleaning.2) Follow-up is essential. After this faux pas, I paid my bill and the front deck informed me that I could come back with my information (once corrected) and get a refund. With this in mind, I took a couple days to get things in order and then came back to provide the proper information. To this day, I have not received a call or follow-up about my insurance (e.g. if I could be found, if I was covered, etc.).3) Information should be distributed and readily available. To date I have yet to receive the x-rays and photos they took during my visit which would be great to have seeing as I will likely be going to another provider.Again, I hold no ill will to the staff - they were quite kind. But this series of logistical shortcomings soured my experience overall.
