Hello my name is James I came into the office after a few years of not visiting a dental office. I have quite a few sessions to continue with gentle dental. After 5 sessions already and several more I am so extremely pleased on how polite and comfortable the girls in the office and the doctor have treated me. These types of office visits can be a little anxiety. Not at all at gentle dental. Everybody here is so polite and cordial I am very impressed thank you gentle dental....With the new information in regards to gentle dental closing their practice this May 2025.I would just like to say that my experience with gentle dental has been phenomenal. And I am very grateful for Dr. Boulos and his assistant. Whom both have treated my dental work for the last couple months. I'm very sadden that the office is closing. Unfortunately most don't understand that difficulties happen in life and scheduling can be a abdominal effect that unfortunately that affects others. However these things are out of others hands and cannot be challenged. With that in mind I'll just like to say that when I am being serviced by others my time is their time no matter what the circumstances may be. Again I'd like to think Dr. Boulos and his assistant that that had been incredibly kind to me. And I know, I am not an exception......

The ladies at the desk were beyond nice and respectful. Jackie did my deep cleaning and it was a great experience. She is awesome. No pain. No issues. Very satisfied in the service provided.

My experience are Gentle Dental was very good the staff is kind in helping and extend their hand in providing excellent services. It has been a long time since I have been back to have my upper Bridge work relined and I've gone to three dentists and have had to return the products that I was serviced for cuz I was not satisfied finally my insurance had gone through and I came back to Gentle Dental they do excellent lab and dental work and it's very comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Front Desk were nice and informative. However, there was an assistant or whatever the title of that person was, they were sick and not wearing a mask. They also seemed new and some of their behavior was concerning but I chalk it up to them being new. My main issue is a ended up get sick. Also the Dentist I saw just seem short with me and ready for me to leave; I did not feel cared for and really solidify my discomfort with going into dental offices.
