Everyone is kind, great! I got a root canal treatment for my teeth, and it was comfortable and nice. The price is reasonable. I'm only going to go to the dentist here.

My first visit to this office was in 2017, during a weekend, due to severe pain from a hot tooth. They seemed to be the only clinic open at the time. Dr. Charles—who, I should note, comes across as abrasive and condescending toward his staff—performed a dental implant and charged me around $5,000 for it. As far as I know, he’s a general dentist, not a specialist or oral surgeon.Over the years, they also did two more root canals and installed a bridge. What I wasn’t told is that getting a bridge involves grinding down two healthy adjacent teeth to anchor it. Just days later, I experienced excruciating pain in one of those ground-down teeth and, in desperation, went back. I was casually told that this happens “about 10% of the time,” and now I needed yet another root canal—on a previously healthy tooth that they had damaged.Later on, another root canal followed, which turned into a 4-5 session ordeal. Three of those visits were just to mount a simple crown—which they still couldn’t get right. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process.After spending another $3,000 and enduring more pain, the crown from the most recent root canal didn’t even last two months. It literally popped off with normal flossing. That was the final straw—I switched to a new doctor.Turns out I needed an implant to replace the failed root canal. The new surgeon also informed me that the original implant done by Dr. Charles was infected and close to falling out. In total, I’ve wasted over $14,000 at this office—and had to redo nearly everything they did.From my personal experience, Dr. Charles—a general dentist who fancies himself a one-man show doing implants, root canals, and orthodontics—is arrogant and, frankly, dangerously incompetent.

Elaine is absolutely exceptional. Her gentle care and calming demeanor truly set her apart from any other dental hygienist I have visited. She takes the time to get to know you and ensures you are comfortable every step of the way.For someone like me who used to dread dental visits, I now breeze through my appointments.
