In the lobby, Selena and Cindy, werevery kind and personable. Selena took her time to explain different payment plans and was very helpful/sweet.Kyah + Dr.Naz did my cleaning and fillings. They were gentle, quick, and informative. She let me know what the process would look like and seemed to really care about my comfort. Great experience.

AVOID AT ALL TIMES!!The most disappointing service I ever had in my entire life.We called and confirmed that our insurance are in network that’s why we decided to make an appointment. We selected the first in the morning at 10am to make sure I can go back to work. Doctor was clearly late because she arrived right at 10, and then after waiting for 20minutes and specifically addressing this with receptionist when we will be seen, immediately they took as in, saying that Doctor is busy with other patent, when there was No other patients….Before we left, I once again asked receptionist if everything is okay with insurance and she confirmed yes.After a month, I received $170 bill saying they were not in network.I tried calling them multiple times, no response. Finally I received email saying that I have to pay it’s on me.While exchanging back and forth emails, they suggested discount and after I asked what is the discount they got back to me saying there will be no discount whatsoever because we signed agreement saying that we will be responsible for whatever insurance will be not covering.Duhhhh, everyone asks to sign this and that is fine, but we wouldn’t even be in this situation if they checked our coverage before laying to us.On top of all of this, all emails they sent were addressed to Anya which is not my name, we don’t have anyone with this name in our family. It just shows how unprofessional and distracted everyone is in this facility.Save your time, money, and nerves. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Virginia today. The staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. Dr. Virginia was professional and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Virginia to anyone looking for dental care.
