Is there such a thing as a great dental experience? Maybe if it's just a cleaning right. I had a mishap at Halloween and cracked a back tooth. It was really hurting. I have good insurance but that didn't matter. I called dentist after dentist, no open appointments till late December or January, until I called Dental Care at Mullins Colony. They fit me in. The office is in a safe area with plenty of free parking. The staff was awesome. They were friendly and polite. The office is nice. I had Dr. Carter. Such a great bedside manner. The dental assistants were awesome too. They helped me really quickly in spite of the fact that it was a busy day for them. I can't explain what a relief it was. Service & prices were really great! I will definitely be using them as my regular dentist. Yes,I actually had a great experience. I'm also a former CNA. Everything was very clean & sanitary. I saw them following all the rules of sanitation (hygiene & cleanliness) without hesitation, meaning that must be the norm for them. Everything they did from the dental exam to surgery they explained ahead. The Dr. Was gentle but experienced. I felt completely comfortable. In my opinion they are a great dental practice. I will be returning for my cleaning and any other help I need. Thank you Dental Care at Mullins Colony and Dr. Carter.

Great dental hygienist. They always reserve the largest room for me. I’m in a motorized wheelchair and am unable to stand or walk. I transfer over to dental chair and then transfer back. She offered for me to stay in WC. I feel like I get a better clean if I’m in dental chair.

The staff there is not only knowledgeable but handle you with the best care. I had a filling done and the Dentist there administered the most easiest local to help numb me, so that she could do the work than ever received. My family and I have been going for at least two years now and I can say that nothing but excellent as well as getting you in and out service and quality care. I would highly recommend them to anyone who does not only want to not be in a dentist office all day, but also looking for an experience with staff that doesn’t treat you like you’re on assembly line, but actually care about you, go over things with you, and very smooth with the work.
