I’ve been coming here for two years now after receiving dental from the Veterans Affairs and I have to say that it has been a pleasure and I am very grateful for this place. I had been looking to get braces because my teeth were bad and I was unconfident with my smile. Dr. Antwan got me on board with aligners, and now I am very happy with my smile in progress, my teeth have come very far and I am so happy and grateful!Dr. Antwan is passionate, stern, and is really involved when it comes to your dental health. The staff/ front desk is very friendly and great at what they do! Definitely a great professional team, and I am very lucky to receive care from Civic Dental.

What can I say about Dr. Antwan? If I say she’s amazing, it won’t be enough, if I say she’s one of a kind it also won’t be enough, and if I say that her work is the best, it will still not be enough. All I can say is sit and her chair and trust her with your eyes folded. She will never do anything that isn’t exactly what you need and what will be best for you. She’s patient, understanding, caring, hardworking, and flexible. I highly recommended trying Civic Dental and letting Dr. Antwan fix, beautify, and do what is best for your teeth. Nevertheless, I don’t want to forget the staff and how friendly and amazing they are as well. Thank you Dr. Antwan for making my teeth look and feel better than they have ever been. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Finally I found a dentist with compassion, knowledge and knows what she's doing. She's very polite listen to my concerned, and Dr Dunya gave me a detail diagnosis. She strated working on my teeth and I could not believe how gentle her hands are. Her prices are reasonable and her work surpassed my expectations. Thank you Dr Antwan & Staff for your kindness and excellent work with real permanent results. Now I can smile and I don't have to worry about my ugly teeth anymore.

In the landscape of dental care, it's hard to find a gem. I once believed I had stumbled upon such a rarity in Dr. Antwan's dental practice. Her medical acumen coupled with her dedication to providing exceptional patient care truly revitalized my smile and confidence. Over the course of our interactions, she remedied my previous dentist's oversights and took the time to educate me about the state of my oral health, a virtue unseen in most of my previous dental visits. Her foresight and expertise shone through when she prescribed me fluoride to meet my unique dental needs. Numerous instances bore witness to her going the extra mile, genuinely invested in resolving my dental woes. She was the personification of a sterling medical professional, and I was certain that a visit to her practice would always leave one flashing a healthier, happier smile.Update:Regrettably, the practice that once exemplified exceptional dental care seems to have succumbed to a decline in quality. Helena, the front desk staff member of a robust physique, appears to be grappling with the nuances of effective communication and customer service. Her promises to revert with crucial information were often unfulfilled, leaving me in the lurch.My experience was further marred by a persistent lack of understanding on her part about the specifics of my insurance coverage. To prevent accruing erroneous charges, I was compelled to independently consult with my insurance company multiple times, eventually discovering the discrepancies in the information she provided. A potential loss of thousands of dollars loomed over me, only prevented by my due diligence.Moreover, Dr. Antwan's approach towards patient interaction seems to have waned over time. The empathy, attention, and thorough consultations that once were a signature part of her practice have dwindled, leaving an unfulfilled yearning for the quality care I had grown accustomed to. One cannot ignore the pivotal role Helena plays in managing the front desk, which, in many ways, serves as the face of the practice. It is disheartening to note that this critical aspect of customer service appears to be lacking in necessary supervision.With a heavy heart, I mourn the decline of what was once an oasis in the vast desert of dental care. I remain hopeful for a return to former glory, where a patient's needs and satisfaction were the paramount focus. Until then, I tread with caution.
