I have been going to Cass Dental for several years now. The service has always been excellent with a very small wait time: less than 10 minutes! Our dentist is friendly and personable and remembers who I am without first referring to my chart, nor does she try to push expensive work on me. She is very kind and there is no pain like there was from my previous dentist who had large hands and was very rough.The office is cozy and friendly and the Secretary is very personable. I enjoy talking to both the dentist and the secretary and going to the dentist is not the chore that it used to be.

Fantastic experience so far - staff is courteous and professional and the facilities are clean and comfortable. Had my Teeth straightened with Invisalign and Dr.Mashnouk was very detail oriented and kept me informed of the progress and next steps throughout. Nancy at the front desk is an insurance wizard and always reminds you via phone call the day before your appointment. Very close-knit family feel here and I would recommend them to anyone!

I can't tell you how afraid I as of going to the dentist. I had spent years hiding my smile or covering it up with my hand. I knew that the work I needed done would not only be painful (in my mind) but painful in my wallet. Dr. Bana is a SUPER HERO! She took about 3 months to totally transform my smile! She explained everything to me along the way, put my mind at ease and held my hand along the way! I would highly recommend her and her team. She is a perfectionist and really paid attention to every last detail! I'm so proud of my smile now!

The doctors at this office are completely kind and efficient at their work. That said they are only open two days and are completely disorganized. They just closed down their office because of COVID, for over a month but failed to notify any of their patients who had appointments with them during that time (myself and my wife included).We are looking for a new practice for services that need to get done by an organized office.

Dr. Mashnouk is the best dentist I have EVER had! On my first visit, she took time to sit down and go over my medical history- something no other dentist had ever bothered to do. Good thing too- she spotted something that could cause dry mouth, and sure enough, I had all the signs. She was clearly very knowledgeable with the subject and explained everything to me very easily. Without having been diagnosed before (and a bit of neglect on visiting a dentist regularly on my part,) I had a lot of work that needed to be done. I'm a little nervous when it comes to fillings and such, and of course I got dizzy the first time because I was so anxious. But Dr. Mashnouk and her assistant, Yesenia, were so kind and patient with me! Taking this into account, she gave me a different anesthetic the second time I visited (I required multiple visits,) and she avoided using anything that might make me dizzy again.In addition to all this, she was able to thoroughly explain what my newly diagnosed condition caused, why, and how to maintain good dental hygiene (which requires special attention for me now.)I would recommend this practice to EVERYONE. Patient, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and my teeth are now nice and healthy! What more can you ask for? If you don't recommend her to a friend, you're no friend at all! If I ever have to move and can't come to Cass due to distance, I'll be holding all other dentists to Dr. Mashnouk's standards!
