I had a great (3rd) experience with my dental team here. Cracked my tooth on a Thursday and was able to get a next day appointment, and within four hours had the crack addressed and a same day crown installed by the wonderful Dr. Park. The front desk staff remembered me and were very welcoming and excited when I was later able to avoid the financial burden of a root canal, and the dental hygienist was extremely personable and helpful. Overall great team and great experience

I’ve had a great experience at the office recently. Both Dr Long, the nurse, and the front desk (handling insurance, treatment plan, bills) were very professional, helpful, and patient! I look forward to continuing my treatment there so I can enjoy food again like when I was much younger😀

I’ve been going to Dr. Niki Patel for 2 years and can’t say enough great things about the care I’ve received! The entire staff at Bernardo Heights dental Group is always welcoming and professional.Dr. Niki is thorough, gentle, and explains everything clearly, which really puts me at ease. The office is clean, and they stay up to date with the latest technology. I’ve never had a problem scheduling appointments, and they’re always prompt with service.If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring dentist in San Diego. I recently visited this office and had a great experience. Karen made me feel calm and relaxed. I would recommend care with the outstanding team of Dr Nicki and Karen as I am terrified of the dentist and never will be again.Second vist today and had the same terrific experience. The entire staff should be commended for the way they treat patients. They truly care about you and not about how much they can make.Still a patient for life!
