My experience was great. With my insurance, the treatment prices were very reasonable and Dr. Bashura along with his surgical team showed great skill and bedside manner. They were very understanding of a previous experience I had and still managed to help me push through with the procedure. The front office team were very efficient, informative and prompt with updates in regard to wait times today.
Mar 26, 2025 · Kahmeelah JonesI had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental! I broke a tooth and was able to get a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief. Dr. Hall and her assistant Dakota were incredibly skilled and efficient, making the entire process smooth and painless. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Given how great my visit was, I’m honestly surprised by some of the lower reviews—I received nothing but top-notch care. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone in need of prompt and professional dental services!
Feb 22, 2025 · Steve SutoriusFirst, my favorite dentist works there, and she’s awesome. But I scheduled what I thought was a simple cleaning. Was told once I arrived that I had to be screened first, which included about 16 x rays. The hygienist did a pocket check on my teeth and then informed me that the only way I could get my teeth cleaned was if I also had a periodontal deep cleaning. I was also told I need a root canal and crown.I don’t doubt that I need everything they told me about. But, to refuse to give me a simple cleaning because, as the finance manager told me, it’s unethical to give me a cleaning without a $2500.00 procedure first? Who are you kidding here?I had best not be charged for 16 x rays, when your website states that each patient has 4 x rays to start. I feel like I was rushed and pressured from the time I walked in the door. I’m newly retired and coming off a broken ankle and can barely afford my normal bills, much less 16 x rays plus the additional $4100.00 for the work I need done. Even though the best dentist works there, I just can’t afford to return. I’ll be getting a second opinion, and will go elsewhere for what needs to be done. I want a local dentist and not a corporation.
Mar 11, 2025 · Deb DrummetI first went to Aspen dental because in their advertising they talked about how affordable they were. When I got to the office the person at the front desk was very nice and I was taking him very promptly the assistant you took my x-rays was pleasant and I feel did a nice job. I was then seen by the hygienist he was very nice and helpful and explain things very well. It wasn't long after that that the doctor came in to see me he was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I felt very confident in him. together we came up with the treatment plan that I was pleased with. I was feeling very positive about the place and excited to get started with my treatment plan. Then I was taken to see the girl in finance. When she told me my treatment plan would cost me 58,129.00 I was in complete shock. I'm a senior citizen now but in my younger years I worked in the dental field for 30 plus years. I never worked with implants and expected they would be expensive but these prices blew me away. I've worked in offices that did dentures and extractions I've even worked in a dental lab so pretty much no what's involved in making a denture or crowns and so forth. I also understand the fact they have salaries and expenses to keep a dental office going. But I don't understand how the dental work I needed done could possibly cost that much money. Those kind of prices pretty much shut the door for most people needing treatment. I'm sure they do a beautiful job but who could possibly afford it ? not many. Which I think is sad. Healthcare should be affordable for everyone.
Feb 14, 2025 · Sue SwanDr Hall and staff are great! I will recommend them to anyone needing care. Dr Hall is hands down the best dentist I have had. I had two teeth extracted and with her skills it was relatively painless. Thank you Dr Hall and staff
