I haven’t had the best experience with dentists in the past, but Dr. Bawany was amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. The dentist was absolutely fantastic - she explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.What really impressed me, though, was the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by every single member of the team. They truly prioritize their patients' well-being and satisfaction, and it shows.

My husband and I went there for a second opinion on implants and dentures. They did an xray and gave us estimates. The price was much cheaper than another place we looked at. So we scheduled our surgeries. The day of my husband's surgery, we got there early and they were 30 minutes behind. His appointment was at 9am. Then they called him back to have a "conversation." They canceled his surgery. We were told they didn't have his dentures ready. So my husband and I canceled our surgeries and left. Later in the evening, my husband got a voicemail from a Doctor apologizing for what happened and explained that the original Doctor that was scheduled to do our surgeries quit. So they had to reschedule all of his surgeries. We will not be back. We found another place that is more reasonable and more professional.

My experience started off fantastic. my wife and I were both excited to finally be able to move forward and have our teeth replaced. When the day of the surgery arrived we sat there waiting and waiting when they finally called me back to inform me that the dentures couldn't be made right and that they need to redo after having two weeks to get them made. This of course after they took my money upfront that day. They refunded and I canceled both of our procedures. The office staff and the Dr seemed very nice but the inability to get the task complete was alarming like people have all the extra time to take off especially since they have no weekend hours. A simple phone call ahead of time would have helped keep our business. While there we heard several other patients complaining about fittings etc. Do your self a favor go somewhere more professional. LATER in the evening a female dr called me left me a message at 459pm that the former dr had sold the practice and that was the truth why they wanted to move me rather than call and inform me the day before.

Amazing experience at the downers grove location with Dr Bawany! Dr had such a gentle touch, so knowledgeable and staff were all excellent. So happy I found a place I feel comfortable and a provider I can trust!
