When I found out that I had A syst in mouth since November. Mind you if it burst I can die, they keep trying to send me to there other location in Southfield but I explained to them I DO NOT have a vehicle to be able to do that right now I am single parent. I then got transfered to another person about it and she told me she can try to work something out which again was in November. I waited up until February 21, of 2024 to give them a call back it and the lady was extremely rude about it we don't have a doctor for that just get antibiotics until you get a car. I'm like this can kill me and I am a single parent with no help all I am asking for is help. I would NEVER recommend this place for anyone I am going to look for another dentist. Those positive reviews are lies from there family and friends . Do NOT TRUST THEM of you make an appointment with them at a certain time you have to wait until there done with there patients before they even get to you. If I could make a review without stars I would have because they are not worth a single star!!

The worst place ever!! The manager don’t know anything about how to run a office, or how to bill a insurance claim. They over charged me and refused to refund me. They don’t give you a good dental plan everything I was told about my teeth was incorrect. My appointment was 11:30 and I didn’t leave until 4. The only good thing was they clean my teeth very good. But my whole experience was a nightmare from hail. Don’t walk pass run pass.

They were great! Love my dentures! However I wish the molars had more definition! I call to confirm an appointment the lady told me she was going to call me and let me know! I waited the call never came! I had some issues with my dentures I wanted to discuss with the dentist! This was very unprofessional!

He had From my experience and in my opinion, this is the worst dentist on planet earth. He lied to me during my first visit. He said he could do one day implants. He had no ability to do this. One year later, after paying him $23,000, and getting a series of defective preliminary products, I went to another dentist, and paid him $9,940 to complete the job. The incompetent crook refused to refund the $7.400 I paid him for the final product that I had to pay the aforementioned dentist for.

Wish, I had read the reviews before going 😪 but didn't know but I'm so GLAD that never ever will I let a Dentist pull or do anything in my mouth that is going to hurt without giving me some type of pain medication before sticking a needle in my mouth or body NEVER EVER!!!! so said that they didn't want to give me anything so I refused to get the work done without, then said they offered Nitro but I would have to pay $50 which I definitely would have, but why my insurance clearly state that they cover any and all kinds, with the proper form filled out so then the challenge became we have to call your insurance provider, which is true but also I went pull up on the patient portal, for them to read what is cover, so then they tell me the doctor can't do the work, he is uncomfortable it is obvious a BLESSING THANK GOD😇 then I read the reviews WOW just WOW!!!!
