I came here because I appreciated the reception’s customer service, reviews and the cost of treatment since I don’t have insurance so I’m sad to say that my first time there wasn’t as pleasant.During my cleaning, the hygienist was holding the suction against the inside of my lower lip instead of directing it in my mouth. I was in pain as it suctioned on my lip, started swelling right away feeling just like a canker sore. Even tasted blood. When I told her it hurt and that I thought I was bleeding she argued that my lip wasn’t relaxed to keep the water in and proceeded to continue the method on other parts of my mouth when she said she’ll try not to do it. She should have had someone assisting her or instructed me to hold the suction like I’ve done at other cleanings. I was never given water to rinse my mouth out the whole time. It seems like a very bare bones, just get it done approach.Patients are very vulnerable in the chair and don’t feel at liberty to voice themselves during the treatment. After leaving, I could still scrap plaque off my back teeth. When I eat, I have to be careful not to bite my swollen lip especially while eating hot foods. The front desk apologized on her behalf and I transferred my file to their other location. The cuts now look like 3 white swollen canker sores.

From the first contact with the receptionist to the meeting with the dentist, I am happy with the services I received. The receptionist took the time to assure me an appointment for the following day. Dr. Mehta was very patient and thorough in explaining what was the problem with my teeth. He was attentive to my needs and concerns.

Doctor Edward was informative and efficient, the team offered a great first impression and positive experience. Another great bonus is that the facility is in a walkable and convenient location near the skytrain.

Been here many times. The doctor is very skilled and attentive to you not feeling pain. The place is clean with up to date equipment. Cleaning is quick and you can feel the difference in your teeth immediately. The only 'negative' comment I have is that I feel that sometimes they say I have a cavity and need a filling, even if it's a very minor one. Other than that, everything is good.

Dr. Gurpreet Bhatia deserve 5 out of 5, but if I could give her a 10, I would! The service I received from her was exceptional. Dr. Gurpreet provided me with the best service of my life. Her care and expertise are truly a blessing. I'm grateful to have found such an outstanding doctor.
